Hurley Roberts Service Company was phenomenal! My Citizens watch is about years old and keeps time like a champ - however, the clasp was worn too much to keep it on I purchased a new clasp and now it's like brand new! The service I received was quick and easy and very reasonable Thanks!
I had a wonderful experience with Hurley Roberts Service Co. They fixed my watch and it works great. They answered my phone calls whenever I called. I would use them again and highly recommend them if you need your watch fixed.
One should always be a bit trepidatious when sending a costly item to a stranger for repair. This company proved themselves to be honest and honorable. My item was well logged in their system, work was done to my specifications and the rate of time VS dollars fell withing an accepted level so I never felt that they were taking advantage of my need.
I have a good many watches of mid to high value and now with my experience with this vendor I would have no concern about the items safety and quality of repair.
I have used Hurley Roberts before with excellent results and complete satisfaction. My watch was given to me by my late wife and is very important to me. I have been impressed with their quality of work and also the ease of obtaining status information when my watch has been at their facility. Hurley did a great job in repairing and restoring my Citizen Promaster Aqualand duplex back to "virtually new" condition. I am very impressed - the whole process from shipping, quote, approval, repair and shipment back went very smoothly. Like all good things, allow some time for the professionals to do their work - my experience is that it will be worth it.

On 10/15/12 I purchased a new Citizen chronograph and I have sent it back to Citizen of America I know six times. The last time that I sent it to COA they kept it for 3 months waiting for a part. When I got the watch back there was still a problem with it and I just decided to give up ever using the watch again. I liked the watch so much (Model AVXXXX-XXE/Calibre 2100) that I decided to try one more time, so I searched the internet and found Hurley Roberts Service Co. and I am so thankful that I did. I have never dealt with a company as nice as the folks at Hurley Roberts Co. As I write this I am wearing my favorite watch and it is working perfectly thanks to them. I strongly recommend them. Service was fantastic, I sent my watch in thinking it was the battery, and they checkedbit out and it was the mechanics on the watch that needed adjustment. I would have not known the difference. They are honest, affordable and fast. I will definitely use them again.
Overhauled watch returned in better than new condition which is exceptional given that it's 20+ years old. It's obvious that Hurley took an interest and has high standards for quality. I requested a substantial amount of work in addition to the standard overhaul services and Hurley managed to exceed expectations with extras I wasn't expecting. I paid more than the watches' market value for the extra work + normal overhaul services due to its' sentimental value and feel that I got a bargain. Hurley nailed it and it's not an exaggeration to say that I now own one of the finest examples of this particular watch available. The communication and responsiveness was there, the quality is there, the value is there and my expectations were exceeded. I hope Hurley made their margins on the work because then it's a win/win all the way around.

I had previously left a very negative review as my shipment did not arrive and USPS had indicated delivery to my address. We have relocated ad shipment was sent to our secondary residence. No fault of Hurley Roberts, as I did nit update shipping instruction. Therefor I retract my previous negative feed back. Hurley Roberts delivered as they promised and I am thankful.
