Good Morning,                       Hollie S[redacted] from Bray & Scarff has contacted the servicing company ([redacted]), on behalf of [redacted] to confirm that the needed repairs on his dishwasher were performed on March 30, 2016,...

 and that the unit is working properly . We have also received information from the manufacturer ( THE [redacted] CORPORATION ) ,that the customer had called them on March 22, 2016 and has accepted a three month extended warranty  due to the part being on back-order.  Ms. S[redacted] also left a message on April 7, 2016 for [redacted]  to call back to confirm that he is satisfied with the repairs that were performed. We did receive the replacement refrigerator but Bray and Scarff (the business) has also promised a three year extended warranty on the refrigerator and told me it would take two or three months to process the paperwork.
