WOW.They are the best.I own a dulplex,needed new furnaces.They came out gave me a price of 4,050.00.This included new furnaces,permits,and remove old furnaces,and took them away.This was a day service.No hidden cost.comes with year labor,years parts,and year heat exchange warranty

Deciding to replace our furnace and AC meant we had to select a contractorA neighbor was quite satisfied with Metro's service work, and I have seen Metro installing heating and cooling systems in TC Habitat for Humanity homes, so I was aware of their expertiseEven though their quote was a little lower than another, I felt I knew themI couldn't be happier with that decisionEverything about the experience was very satisfactory - from the initial phone call to Eric's presentation to Al & Mike's installation, and finally to Brian's service call for a thermostat problemAll top notch

We called for an estimate, and they came the next day The estimate was free, we accepted the proposal, and they completed the work the following day We are extremely pleased with their quick response, their professionalism, and the quality of their work We would highly recommend Metro to others

Used Metro Heating & Cooling to replace a water heater for an in-floor heating system While expensive, I found their price to be competitive with others for the same work Company was VERY responsive to email & phone requests for information and the service team that showed up was polite, clean & professional Work was completed quickly & correctly the first time

I had a new central AC, water heater, and furnace inspection done by Metro. They provided competitive estimates, called before they came over, and answered all my questions. I'm very satisfied with the products and work that was done.

We would highly recommend this business to anyone. We have done business with them three times in the past two years, and our experience with them has been very positive. They are punctual, very reasonably priced, and are neat & clean with their installation & clean-up. The staff are all very pleasant to work with.

Metro Heating & Cooling recently replaced our extremely old boiler furnace. They were timely, courteous, and thorough in their proposal. The work was done when they said it would be and the installers were knowledgeable, quick, and totally cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the service I received from Metro. My furnace was leaking water due to plugged drain tubes - the A-coil was icing up. The service man was on time and he reconfigured the tubing. No charge for parts then. I will call them in the future for any service I might need for my air conditioner or furnace. I appreciate how I was treated and the service man even took a minute to greet my 2 dogs so they could check out this new person. It's always great to find good service in the area. Thank you Metro Heating and Cooling for the wonderful service.
