I am rejecting this response because: I am asking to cancel my membership immediately and be refunded post 03/01/2015. We previously requested to cancel and were told via phone that it would be handled, only to find out later that this request has to be in writing. I have since received a copy of my contract as well as confirmed cancellation of my contract for 02/26/2016.

Before replying to accept or not accept CoStar’s response we used the days before the deadline to reply to investigate whether they removed our property, details, and availability as requestedIt

similar services, it was found there were duplicate services and in late / early 2018, certain *** services were removed and replaced with CoStar servicesCoStar and *** clients were informed of these changes in late and In this case, this client's Property Facts service was canceled on 2/28/Since there was a problem with running a report, we are refunding $back to the client for the period of 1/29/to 2/27/

I followed up with the client and suggested that she contact Sales as the CoStar app is a new directive that is now in place
