This review relates to service provided by the technician James P at my home on 11-20- I found the technician to be both personable and competent He even corrected a past deficiency I had not noticed by removing an incorrect filter that had been installed earlier by another technician, installing the proper filter and taking all steps necessary to ensure the new filter worked properly Before arriving he called ahead to make sure that I was available He also cleaned up after his work and made sure that everything was cleaned up and that all old parts were properly disposed ofOn this basis I can recommend James P

It was time for our Spring maintenance and generator check! M&D will give you a couple hour window for your appointment, but then their techs will call you when they're leaving to head to your home That is a little nicety, but it's super helpful
Their techs always introduce themselves and before stepping in to your home, they put on their shoe protectors to keep your floors clean I truly wish every contractor did that
When Vinny was done, he explained what he did, filters replaced, etcand assured me there were no problems

The Meyer & Depew service technician arrived on time and completed the annual maintenance in a timely manner. He worked in a professional manner and made sure everything was operational and clean before he left.

This is the first year that I have used Meyer&Depew to service my HVAC system. It has been a very pleasant experience. Their staff are very professional. They explained everything that was being done and answered all my questions. Both of the men came on time and yes, they do wear booties to protect your floors

The tech was timely, efficient and clean

Our technician Patrick, although young, did an excellent job of identifying the problem and explaining what needed to be done. He was also very courteous and gave us the feeling that he was very thorough.

Meyer & Depew has always taken great care of our heating and air conditioning needs, often with the same technician servicing our HVAC unit. They follow up w/ me to remind me that it is time to schedule a check-up (included in our service plan), and I think it's great that someone who is familiar w/ the equipment is the one who comes to do the inspection. Our technician, [redacted], is professional, friendly, and takes good care of our house as well. I always notice that he puts the disposable foot covers on his boots to avoid tracking dirt into the house. He never forgets. Little things like that matter. We really appreciate the care and consideration, and that is a big part of what keeps us with Meyer and Depew.

Turns out I had to replace a heating and air conditioner system in the middle of a heat wave
person next door recommended Meyer and depew -
set up a inspection tech came out tom very professional - unfortunately the unit was beyond repair - M&D quickly arranged for a site visit with one of key sales people Walter dorp - no nonsense gave me the options we quickly picked a premier trane product for heating and air xr 80 and xr13 - arranged for install - philc and milan showed up on-time professional polite and very well mannered - treated the home as if it was theirs - worked diligently and professionally - as the hour approached on the estimated end of the installation - you cant make this up - a town wide power failure occurred within 1 hour of them completing - they went as far as they could go grabbing flashights one after the other john even had a head light - jointly decided to break and pick it up as spoon as possible no telling when the light would come back on - got a call next morning - M&D were going to get them back in the afternoon to complete - they did install completed and unit working perfectly - the comfort controller allows me to review to determine if unit working - I understand it will send an email just like ET calling home to alert me asap so that M&D can be dispatched should the unit have a failure - completely happy

oh and the power came back several hours later 9pm -phil we made the right deciision

Mike L and Phil spent 2 full days installing a boiler and I couldn't be more pleased They were very friendly and informed me every step of the way. I am very happy with the work they completed and I am glad I chose meyer&depew.
I would highly recommend this company and I plan to use them for all future heating and a/c needs.

Meyer & Depew technician Patrick did my HVAC Fall service today. He arrived right on time and did an excellent and thorough job doing all three of my systems. H kept me informed of exactly what he was doing. Everything was excellent. I expect this kind of excellent service from M & D-- an excellent customer focused company.

Their technician Juraj came right at the appointed time. He was very careful when walking through the house and wore shoe covers so as to not soil the carpets. Even though my furnace is less than a year old, he meticulously went through and checked each component. Very pleased with service.
