Had an addition attached garage, Myers did the gutters. He noted I had "glossy white" trim which is a bit rare but ordered the gutter material and in 1 hour Jeff fabricated the gutter system and even asked exactly where I'd prefer the down spouts to be placed. The work turned out beautiful.

Selected M Screens Inc. & Seamless Gutters for our new gutter installation because of their good reviews and service. We had about 4 estimates in total and M had the best pricing and understanding of our needs & vision of what we were looking for our new home construction.
Mrs. & Mr. Terry M were extremely helpful in working with us and selecting the right materials for our home. They answer our questions and help us understand how we can further help drainage for our home. Terry helped easy our concerns without realizing it because his knowledge made us feel even more certain we picked the best company! We highly recommend M Screens Inc. & Seamless Gutters!!
We had our gutters installed in accordance to our schedule of accepting the estimate! Great work & super-fast! M does not require or play the games of money up front either. You pay in full at the time of job completion! Another reason M Seamless Gutters is so good at what they do!
The installer team was such a professional and superb at explaining the work about to be done and finishing the job with perfection!!

Seamless gutters provided by the contractor were not installed properly. Tapcon screws installed on lanai are starting to fail.
On 10/2/18 we contracted with Meyer Screens to install 98 ft of seamless gutter with hangers and 26 ft of aluminum downspouts. Along with work to be done on our lanai which included installation of 52 tapcons screws along the bottom perimeter where the bottom plate meets the concrete. The work was done promptly and the bill was paid by check for the gutter ($496) and by Master Card for the lanai work (185). Shortly thereafter we noticed the tapcon screws were beginning to fail and the gutter overflowed when it rained. Upon investigation it was noticed that the gutter was back sloped and would not drain properly. Water would pool in areas within the gutter. We called the contractor on 4 seperate occasions to no avail. The receptionist (Shirley) would take the information and promise to give it to the owner who she said would get back with us. We received nothing! First call was made on 5/30/19. Subsequent calls were made on 7/29/19, 8/15/19 and 8/28/19. To date we have received no response!!

Warranties offered by the contractor were 50 years for the materials and a 2 year warranty on workmanship.

Desired Outcome

Either repair the problems we are experiencing (under warranty) or refund the money so we can have the work done properly. Also review their customer service procedures because right now they leave alot to be desired!

On 9/12/19 "Meyer Screens Inc & Seamless Gutters" came in and adjusted the slope on the gutters and replaced the fauly tapscrew.

They apologized for the delay. Owner idicated that if we had any more problems to just call!

I requested a quote for gutter installation from Meyer through both the Revdex.com site and through the Meyer website. I never received any kind of response from either attempt.

I was hoping to get an estimate from them because they had good reviews and were recommended by Imperial Gutter.

I can understand if they are swamped with work or if our project was too small for them, but they could have at least had the decency and professionalism to let us know that.

If they cannot respond to quotes in a timely fashion, then consider how bad would they be to respond to workmanship issues?

We had our front porches screened in and the service we received was fabulous.

Gutter not installed correctly.
Gutter downspout was not installed correctly. Per discussions with Terry M, a downspout was to be directed towards the driveway. The downspout was installed so that the water goes onto the landscape on the side of the house. I made Terry aware of the problem on July 2 and he stated that it would be corrected by July 13. I followed up on July 13 and July 18th and no responses were received.

Desired Outcome

Change downspout so that it drains towards the driveway.

yes the complaint has been resolved. Once the Terry Meyers was notified, he immediately contacted me. As it turns out, he had notified me of the delay and I missed it. Please remove it from his file.
