Mezoian Development

Hello , Revdex.com, I've been in the construction business for over 20 years and never received a complaint. And it shouldn't start now. This person met w myself and my Realestate agent along with his Realestate present also. We gave in detail the contract and pricing. He agreed to pay $800.00 for my draftsman to do his plans which he did and revived them in to his email which he agreed on and was acceptable plans by him and his wife. We have all documentation on this. ALL PARTIES walked the building lot with them and they also revived a copy of my subdivision plan showing the location and SIZE of the lot and again we physically walked the land and met there multiple times. I held the lot for them for over 2 1/2 months in good faith with no deposit waiting for them to make their decision while my Draftsman was completing their plans. For some strange reason they've decided to pull out of this transaction and change their mind. They were demanding the refund of the $800 for their plans that were 100% and they received them from my draftsman. We explain to them that those are their PLANS and they can use them with a different builder on a different lot if they choose. They were in disagreement with this and they threatened and are trying to take my real estate agent to the real estate commission board also. In closing I feel these people are very unrealistic and unfair we've done nothing wrong. These people just changed their mind. In closing I would like to let the Revdex.com know that both real estate agents have a greed to pay $400 each out of their own pocket to satisfy this customer. So he is or has already received his money back and now it's just trying to make MY businesses look bad which MY business is definitely not the case I take pride in what I do I'm very honest and trusting which I was with these people thank you have a good day *** re: MSB LLC
