So you said you would fix, but never did If you would like to take those cabinets back, please take them We cannot use them and are not using them at all As you know, they didn't fit, had the wrong doors on them, and in general, incomplete Additionally, the cabinets that you were supposed to work on you damagedHuge gouges in them from where you used a screwdriver or some other tool to pry them from the wall We had to pay someone else to fix them They were a mess You say you finished the granite work Really?? We had to fight with you for weeks because you didn't pay the granite guy his money that we had already paid you He refused to bring our granite out! It took several weeks for the granite guy to even come out and give us the granite that we pd for This is not right In my mind, this is dishonest, and not the way a good business is supposed to work You pay your people, you do what you say you are going to do, and you are there when you are supposed to be, no excuses [redacted] , you owe us a refund We need to agree on an amount, but I hired a professional to come in and build the lower cabinets and fix the ones you destroyed during this project You owe us that at least Regards, [redacted]
