This Co has contacted my supervisor at my job w/emerg fire dept looking to buy real estate ref my deceased father-in-law, as well as emailed my son
On 3/9/20 I received an email from my supervisor stating that *** needed to talk to me about my father in law. I work for the dispatch office of the Fire Dept. this is very unprofessional, he also sent an email the same day to my son. I feel that this is harassment and very inappropriate. I do not know how he even got my supervisor's phone number, a pvt government number that it isn't listed anywhere.
This company may be doing illegally obtaining unlisted phone numbers.

I truly apologize for any inconvenience. I had been trying for a week to find someone that knew the owner of a vacant property about to be condemned as an Unsafe Structure by the Miami-Dade Building and Zoning Department. In my efforts to find the owner, I found your name listed as a possible relative. There was no way to know that the number listed was your work number. Until I called and asked for you, it became apparent that this was your place of employment. Please accept my apology.

I want to thank Mr. John S. and his team at Miami Casa Buyers. They worked very hard to coordinate information, important computer generated contracts and forms, and responses from both my brother in FL and myself in IL. All to bring about the sale of my Dad's former home in FL. I would recommend them to anyone trying to sell a home in Florida. They don"t give up. We had some complications that arose and John and his team just worked through it all with patience and care. They kept us informed all along the way! Great work!

John is the most honest and hard working person I know. My siblings and I live out of town and he made the whole transaction of selling my parents home so easy for us. He even helped us through probate. Ours was not an easy transactions as things we never knew about kept popping up but each step of the way John was there to virtually hold our hand. He even Fedex me a box of pictures and albums we had left in the house. My parents spent over 45 years in their home. It was the house we all were born and raised in. Selling it was not easy emotionally and John understood this and did whatever he could to make it easier! I honestly cannot wait to see how he fixes it up and pray a wonderful family will buy it and have just as many happy years in it as our family did. If you are considering selling your home to John, know you will be good honest hands. I am extremely grateful to everything he has done and can recommend him with all my heart.
