Michael Carey has been inviting, helpful and kind to me as I have adjusted to being a California girl. You see, I moved to Sacramento last year from St. Louis to be closer to my son, daughter-in-law, and any future grandchildren who might arrive. I knew no one other than my family, and since my previous insurance company did not sell in California and would not refer me to anyone. I was left in the dark.

My realtor referred me to Michael, and he immediately provided coverage for my car and condo and advised me on flood and earthquake insurance. All was handled in a relaxed, professional manner, and I was quickly covered for most possibilities.

Mike is a hometown boy who understands the protection needed for this area. He is also a friend. Talk to him, and you will agree.

About 4 Months ago, our house was flooded due to a faulty pipe. Michael Carey showed empathy and concern over our situation. He took swift action as well as communicated with us on a daily basis from the time we had to be put into another living space to the time the floors were put back in. He was present at every work order/ walk thru to make sure I was asking the right questions and receiving the service I needed.
