This place takes your order and money but they do not ship the product right away. I placed a order for Christmas on Dec **, 2016 with 2 day shipping, I tried to contact Micheal Kors, they responded to a email a week after I sent it. I tried to cancel the order on 12/** and I was told I could not. I received it on 12/** and sent it back and as of today 01/**/2017 I still have not received a credit back on my credit card.

Since the customer does not have any tracking information to confirm it has been received by us, we are searching through every bag that we have received within the last month. This is a complaint regarding the customer service department of Michael Kors, in regards to order w**SSN**.
I ordered a pair of boots on Monday Oct [redacted] received the boots on Saturday morning and wore them to my grandmothers house that afternoon. Walked to the car, drove an hour and walked into her house. Within 2 hours a grommet at the top of the boot broke, just from walking in them. I contacted the customer service department the next morning when I returned home, assuming of course that the defective boots would be exchanged or returned. I was offered no such resolution, instead I was asked to send photos of the damage in an email to the customer service department. I was told to expect a call the next day. I did not receive a call back, so I called and asked to speak to the same gentleman, a Mr B[redacted], again. He told me not to ship the shoes back yet, he was looking for another option and that he would call me right back. He did not return the call.
I called back again the next day and spoke with Ms A[redacted], at which time I was informed that my only option would be to send the boots back to the warehouse (I pay for shipping) and wait between 4-6 weeks for them to be repaired and sent back to me. At this point the boots had gone on sale and were 30% less than the full price of 295$ I had paid. She informed me she would contact the warehouse and see if we could just return the boots. She assured me that she would call me before the end of business the following day. She never called. We then called again and spoke with another woman who promised to send an email to someone higher up and call us back. She did call back the next day, the first person to actually return a call, and let me know they would not refund the boots, they would only try to expedite the repair.
This has been by far the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. It is clear this company does not value, much less respect, their customers. Each time I called, I was told something different, and promised a call back. Had the boots been worn several times and then broken I could have understood the warranty /repair policy being founded. However, these shoes did not last more than 2 hours, which is clearly a manufacturing issue. This should not be a problem that gets put back on the customer. There was absolutely no part of my interaction with their customer service department that was pleasant or helpful, only broken promises of resolution.

 They have not changed their deceptive consumer practice regarding  on -line shopping and sale items. You have to open their policy to be informed regarding their no return, no exchange policy on sale items. Nowhere during the purchase process do they inform you that this is a "final sale" item.  i do not believe this is standard practice as this is the first time I have ever experienced this. They offered to make a "one time only" special exception and let me exchange the item but I refused as I said I was more interested in them making their return policy more transparent to the consumer. Even the sales slip that accompanied the item did not say final sale. I informed them that I would not shop at Michael Kors any longer but if I wanted to purchase any of their items I would instead do it at a [redacted] or [redacted] where you can return sale items.

The MKors company has been EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to deal with on this issue.  I contact them every few days.  I have asked for the name of a district [redacted] for the Midwest (including name, e-mail address and direct phone number) which they refuse to give to me.  All I get is a customer service rep, a different one EVERY TIME.   Finally they said they would replace the purse, a color of THEIR CHOOSING Which is not the terms of the warranty given to me MONTHS AGO.    The purse is supposed to be replaced with a NEW BAG OF MY COLOR CHOICE.   They are sending something but said it will take at least 3 weeks from their repair return warehouse.  This means they are SUPPOSEDLY sending me a bag but it will not be a  new one.   It will be a used one.  I asked for a bag in the Coffee color with the tags attached showing it is a new bag (not a repaired or used one from someone else).  They do not have the original color that I returned so I wanted the Coffee color.   They are very condescending and not at all helpful.   I asked for ship date along with [redacted] or [redacted] tracking #.  As yet, I have not received one.  I will NEVER buy anything from M Kors AGAIN!! WHY is the NY Revdex.com not insisting that M Kors help me and resolve this issue according to THEIR WARRANTY AND TO My satisfaction?  I expected help from you.  ?????  I am not sure how I will ever get my defective purse replaced.

at all and the customer service was one of the worst I've ever experienced. They told me that since I didn't have proof of purchase from [redacted] that they would have to utilize the date of manufacturing of the product instead of the date of purchase. In that case they informed me that they add on an extra 6 months warranty and to the 1 year warranty that's given at the time of purchase. Even after the additional 6 months they said that I can have them repair the handbag but at my own expense. I stated that I own thousands of dollars in their merchandise and that I was getting ready to purchase another item from them when I noticed my handbags stitching was coming undone at the seam. I explained to the representative I was talking to that in that case, I wouldn't be willing to shop at my favorite designer due to their unwillingness to back up their products in order to satisfy and show consumers that you want to keep their business and provide outstanding customer service. I purchased a handbag in 2/** and the clasp broke. I was asked to return it at my cost and they would see if it could be repaired. If it could not be repaired, they would offer me a similar handbag at a similar price. They could not repair it and sent me several pictures of handbags to choose from. I chose one and then they said it was not available. They then sent me a 2nd group and the handbag that I had originally chose (which they said was unavailable) was the 1st one on the new list. I was then asked to choose 3 handbags and they would be able to send one of my choices.
They have had my original handbag since 3/*/16. I have sent numerous emails and numerous phone calls to try to get this resolved. I asked for them to return my original purse, issue a gift card or issue a refund. They said they could not do any of these. I was then sent an e-mail with a non-existent order number (when I checked the order status online, the number did not exist) and then called and asked for a tracking number. They said it would take 5-7 days to get a tracking number and they did not know what shipper they use. I asked why it would take 3 weeks for the order to arrive. They did not know. They also could not tell me the origin of the shipment.
This is the WORST customer service I have ever had in my life. I do not see how they stay in business.

 I did tried to contact them several times before having to issue a Revdex.com complaint because all I would hear is that I would be contacted and it never happened, I have phone records and everything. I did received an email a week ago about them sending a replacement, however im still waiting on tracking number so that im able to track the package this time myself.

I spoke to Randall D[redacted] from Michael Kors we did not come to any resolution. They are insisting there's nothing wrong with my pocketbook material that it is soposto slouch over completely. He said there's nothing that they can do for me I also told him I was not a happy customer and he really did not care how I felt he told to to purchase another style handbag so it won't happen again
