DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! If you read the complaints/resolution section, you can see that the same thing happens in every single caseThey call you to try of their toners that is supposed to last for over copies, then you get a call saying that they only shipped you cartridge and it should be 2, but you won't be chargedYou then receive an invoice for the second one Then the toners just keep coming, and they are unprofessional and rude when you call them to say you didn't order itSuddenly they say you have agreed to do cartridges [redacted] I might have been content to keep ordering if I could order WHEN I needed themThe girl we spoke to refused to let us speak to anyone else in a higher position

I have never dealt with such poor customer service The lady Joanne that answered the phone was not happy when we called to ask why we were charged for a supposed to be free second toner She was very rude hung up the phone on us and when we called back to complain to someone all they did was transfer us to her where she verbally attacked us and denied everything- as if we weren't there? This company has bizarre standards, weird, unhelpful and rude staff and after reading all the reviews I really can't believe they're still in business [redacted]

Same story as everyone elseCalled me in September and I agreed to try a tonerI am aware of these toner scams, therefore, I asked right from the very first phone call if this was an auto-ship and was told NO I paid the invoice and a few weeks later, received a phone call that they were to send out my 2nd toner that was supposed to be sent with the first but they had oversold their stock...didn't say anything about another invoiceToner arrived and invoice came a week laterPaid the invoice without dispute Called me again on Feb 4th to thank me for the payment and that 35% off would remain on our account and to call them if we needed anything in the futureA week later, [redacted] came to drop off another toner, I refused itA few days later, an envelope was sent to us, I returned itFeb 25th, the same women called me and was completely rude right from the startI did tell her that I checked on Revdex.com and that many others had complaints and she went on to say that Revdex.com is a "money grabber" and they are not affiliated with themShe was very rude and kept saying "I DIDN'T TELL YOU THAT I WAS SENDING YOU OUT THE REST OF YOUR ORDER??? AND SEND OUT A CATALOGUE WITH 35% OFF THE PRODUCT IN THE CATALOGUE??" I said, "NO, you told me about the 35% off my accountAnd where is this catalogue then?"She then said that the catalogue was in the toner box and that I didn't even give them a chanceShe barely let me speak so I hung upWorst business everTheir phone number doesn't even show up when they callWhat kind of "reputable" company hides their phone number?

[redacted] I have previously dealt with this company years ago but under a different nameUnfortunately my office administrator was unaware of this situation as she was not employed at my office at that timeJust like before there was no mention of having to purchase a second toner The initial order of one toner was taken and the toner was received within a few daysOur office was contacted approximately weeks later to see if we had received a second toner in our initial orderMy office administrator was surprised and said no we had not and that she did not realize we would be getting a second oneWhen she mentioned it to me a light bulb went off and I remember my previous experience but the company was operation under a different name at that timeIt was also Joanne who I dealt with at that time So I contacted the office immediately to check to see if I would be billed for a second tonerHer reply was "I don't believe so"I ask her to find out for sure and when she returned to the phone she then said that having to purchase two toners was part of the dealI told her that had never been mentioned in the initial phone call, that I wanted that order cancelled and that they had tried to pull this scam with me years ago I told her to remove my office phone number from their list and to never contact us again, well, then she became loud and yelled that they had never done this to us before and that I was to never call her office again....seriously [redacted]

I received a phone call from someone named Jordana who started telling me about their toner As I was beginning to tell her we didn't need any toner at the moment, she hung up on me and never called back I phoned their office a couple hours later to ask if they intended to send out toner even though we hadn't ordered it (there are many companies/scam artists that do this) and the woman who answered the phone was very rude She did tell me that they would never send out product that hadn't been ordered and acted as though she were offended I was asking We shall see if any of her unwanted product shows up in the next week or two

Guess I should have researched this company first before ordering In September we ordered, what we thought was one cartridge It was delivered and all was good, days to pay December 18th I get the call, did we receive the second cartridge as we should have gotten with our order Obviously, a second was now shipped to us January 15th/I get a call looking for payment!!! What??? Now you have shipped me a second one that was not part of the original order???? And, of course, no invoice has been received!!!! Also, the whole process of the returned empty cartridges are given to charity Who knew????? None of this was explained at the time And of course when I asked for a return authorization number to send this second cartridge back.......I was refused!!! What kind of an outfit is this!!!!!!! Never to use these people again BEWARE!!

Our experience is the same as others who have had the misfortune of interacting with this company. Joanne has a very pleasant phone voice, but don't let that fool you, she can get nasty and curse like a sailor when you choose not to be a victim. We agreed to buy 1 toner cartridge. It was clearly a refill. We were promised a gift card. It arrived with $0 on it. The refilled cartridge was inferior to our normal toner. We considered it a lesson learned. Then Joanne called again and tried to claim that we had ordered another shipment and she would be sending out another cartridge. We informed her of the inaccuracy of her statement and she then attempted to bully us into buying more. We were firm, but polite. That's when I decided to investigate this company and saw all the negative reviews. So I decided to call Joanne at 416-288-1717 and explain to her that we did NOT order more cartridges, would NOT accept any deliveries, and would NOT do business with them again. I didn't even get halfway through before Joanne cursed at me and hung up....so I called again. This time, Joanne seemed unhappy that I was recording our call "for quality purposes" and hung up on me again. I would encourage anyone who has had a negative experience to contact Joanne, or whichever agent they were stuck with and be proactive as to the consequences of sending unwanted products. Record your calls. Continue calling if necessary. Use social media to get the word out and let your network know to avoid dealing with this business. Don't be a victim!

These toners are very poor quality They called to say they were sending a 2nd toner which was part of the deal but it came with an invoice I called for a Return Authorization # but could never reach anyone on the phone Eventually they told me I could not have a return # because the second toner was part of the initial deal We continued to receive nasty phone calls demanding payment I would return each call but leave a message and the next phone call would say I never replied Finally, after fmonths, I received another phone call and told them my boss was absolutely not going to pay the bill They were very short & rude, said they would send someone to pick up the toner and hung up The fellow who picked up the toner said he has lots of complaining customers who now just refuse delivery

*** When trying to correct the mistake of dealing with this company, I had to hear about the sales person with kids who is going to have to pay for this mistake When that didn't work on me I had to hear the "manager" on the other end of the phone attack my business
Do yourself a favour, and skip overpaying for promises they can't live up to

If you read the complaints/resolution section, you can see that the same thing happens in every single case. They call you to try 1 of their toners that is supposed to last for over 7000 copies, then you get a call saying that they only shipped you 1 cartridge and it should be 2, but you won't be charged. You then receive an invoice for the second one. Then the toners just keep coming, and they are unprofessional and rude when you call them to say you didn't order it. Suddenly they say you have agreed to do 6 cartridges. [redacted]. I might have been content to keep ordering if I could order WHEN I needed them. The girl we spoke to refused to let us speak to anyone else in a higher position.

[redacted] If you order once, they will keep sending you goods even if you don't want it and invoice you for it. Then they will harass you till the end of time. They are not a reputable company!!
