I have previously dealt with this company 3 years ago but under a different name. Unfortunately my office administrator was unaware of this situation as she was not employed at my office at that time. Just like before there was no mention of having to purchase a second toner. The initial order of one toner was taken and the toner was received within a few days. . Our office was contacted approximately 2 weeks later to see if we had received a second toner in our initial order. My office administrator was surprised and said no we had not and that she did not realize we would be getting a second one. When she mentioned it to me a light bulb went off and I remember my previous experience but the company was operation under a different name at that time. It was also Joanne who I dealt with at that time.
So I contacted the office immediately to check to see if I would be billed for a second toner. Her reply was "I don't believe so". I ask her to find out for sure and when she returned to the phone she then said that having to purchase two toners was part of the deal. I told her that had never been mentioned in the initial phone call, that I wanted that order cancelled and that they had tried to pull this scam with me 3 years ago.
I told her to remove my office phone number from their list and to never contact us again, well, then she became loud and yelled that they had never done this to us before and that I was to never call her office again....seriously.

MWO is still playing games. Purchased a toner before Xmas. Sales rep Rob contacted me in February that my original order was a special promotional two-for-one & that I'd only been sent one because they ran out, due to 422 new clients.

Rob apologized and said he'd send the second one out immediately, along with a [redacted] gift card. Sure enough, toner & card plus second invoice for $241.82 arrived. Phoned Rob today to clarify situation. He assures me I bought two and that 'the girl' must have explained this to me. I've only ever dealt with Rob although he claims we've never spoken before today. We've spoken on the phone FOUR times.

My employer also spoke with Rob, advising toner was on our door step & we're not paying for it. Tried to arrange delivery arrangements through their website but email bounced back.

Can you please assist us in returning the [redacted] card and toner to MWO please. First toner was paid for by cheque and they have processed it.

Thank you,

Anne

Same story as everyone else. Called me in September and I agreed to try a toner. I am aware of these toner scams, therefore, I asked right from the very first phone call if this was an auto-ship and was told NO. I paid the invoice and a few weeks later, received a phone call that they were to send out my 2nd toner that was supposed to be sent with the first but they had oversold their stock...didn't say anything about another invoice. Toner arrived and invoice came a week later. Paid the invoice without dispute.
Called me again on Feb 4th to thank me for the payment and that 35% off would remain on our account and to call them if we needed anything in the future. A week later, [redacted] came to drop off another toner, I refused it. A few days later, an envelope was sent to us, I returned it. Feb 25th, the same women called me and was completely rude right from the start. I did tell her that I checked on Revdex.com and that many others had complaints and she went on to say that Revdex.com is a "money grabber" and they are not affiliated with them. She was very rude and kept saying "I DIDN'T TELL YOU THAT I WAS SENDING YOU OUT THE REST OF YOUR ORDER??? AND SEND OUT A CATALOGUE WITH 35% OFF THE PRODUCT IN THE CATALOGUE??" . I said, "NO, you told me about the 35% off my account. And where is this catalogue then?". She then said that the catalogue was in the toner box and that I didn't even give them a chance. She barely let me speak so I hung up. Worst business ever. Their phone number doesn't even show up when they call. What kind of "reputable" company hides their phone number?

Do not use them for your toner supplies!!!

They overcharge for their product and keep sending you toners to you without you re-ordering them. Then you have to argue with them to get your account credited. Once your account is paid in full, they call you to thank you and they tell you that they are sending you Subway gift cards as a thank you but they insert the gift card in a toner box and charge you for the toner even if you did not order it.
Totally unacceptable!
I e-mailed them and told them to close our account, hopefully they will do so right away.

I have never dealt with such poor customer service. The lady Joanne that answered the phone was not happy when we called to ask why we were charged for a supposed to be free second toner. She was very rude hung up the phone on us and when we called back to complain to someone all they did was transfer us to her where she verbally attacked us and denied everything- as if we weren't there? This company has bizarre standards, weird, unhelpful and rude staff and after reading all the reviews I really can't believe they're still in business. [redacted]
