Greetings,As explained to the customer, we have a no reprint/refund policy in regards to Lost/Stolen tickets. This is clearly listed in our Brochure that is attached. In the brochure we state "Please keep your ticket on you at all times. If you lose your ticket, you lose your ride" and "No refunds...

or exchanges for lost or stolen tickets". Also, we do list this policy on the attached Ticket which states "No refunds or exchanges for lost or stolen tickets".In reference to not calling the customer back, we did place a call and spoke to a Steve at ###-###-#### and explained our no reprint/refund policy for lost/stolen tickets. Since the customer does not feel that we met his expectations for his experience, we would be happy to provide complimentary tickets to our Liberty Boat Cruise. Greetings,We have given the best offers available. We have a strict no refund policy found on every customer's sales receipt. A 100% reboot was offered, and after rejection a 50% refund along with a reboot. Thank you.

If that was the case why wouldn't the ticket agent tell us that? Also our entire group did not go all at once. I am not looking for a reschedule as they were travelling from another country. Do you have a way of proving the buses showed up on time and there was no lag. As we are the customers and telling you this happened to us. It was after this I went to the reviews you guys have online and they are horrendous as well, maybe you should look at them as well. Rather not taking any responsibility I believe you should and help customers, if you stand by what you have said that is fine. But others need to know and maybe you should do more so people do not feel they are ripped off. People are travelling from other countries and they should have a great time is one of the best cities in the world, versus they leave with a foul taste after using your company.

The company and the ticket agent worked together not to provide better service but do harm to customers' benifit. (No any information from the agent, if the tickects were sold by them, then they should be at least partly responsible in the customer service, but the customer service was provided only by [redacted])They take advantage of the information asymmetry and conceal a lot of important information, I think it's unfair to customers in this transaction. I do not think the complimentary tickets work, for the transaction was not supposed to happen in a right way. I still think I should get my refund in this case.

I do not have the actual receipt, but I have printed out my statement. I have highlighted all the purchases and you can see I have spent over $1400. The only reason there are several transaction its because all the salemen work in pair. So if you can please help me solve this issue I would appreciate it. I appreciate your response and please let me know if you need anything. It was after the issue I am reading the reviews over the internet and they aren't great either. Please help me find a solution.

They are offering me to take another tour of NYC. I had out of town visitors who have already left for home and we have no use for further tours at this time. It was an outright lie that they used to sell us tickets and they need to give us our money back.

Thank you for choosing our Liberty Cruise. We are disappointed that you did not enjoy your water tour. We can understand how frustrating it can be to board the wrong boat and end up in New Jersey. I completely understand that you stated you were not given complete instructions by the young man...

at the pier. There are several boats that use that port, so we can understand how that can be confusing to our guest. I want to point however, that our Liberty Cruise is first come first served. This is why arriving at the Slip 5 "20 minutes to get on the boat" was not sufficient. The boat was deemed full, although there were guest exiting, simply because the boat was already at capacity with the guest who were patiently waiting for the 6:35pm departure. We can understand how this effected your touring experience and we want to make this up to you. And in the previous contaction about the issue, the custmor
service manager suggested me go back to New York and find the man who
sold us the ticket to have the problem solved. It sounds like I have a
problem eatting "POP TARTS", but the "Kellog's" put itself away by
"Walmart"'s fault.No information on anywhere we can find says the ticket we bought is from a third party, NOR any claims about the responsiblity of the third party and "[redacted]s" . They cheat the customers so much!

[redacted],Unfortunately, what was provided in the attachment sent with my previous response was completely accurate. If you were standing in the correct bus stop, there is no reason why you were not on the bus. The bus was running and available. We cannot provide a refund when the services were operational. Please let me know, other than a refund, if there is anything else that we can do for you.
