caused some discoloration.    Apparently, they had also contacted the Protection Plan Company and filed a claim with them as well.  We have received notification from the Protection Plan Company authorizing Ashley Furniture to order material for the customer.   The parts are on order but have not yet shipped to the customer's address.   I have contacted our representative and they are going to call Ms. [redacted] to provide her with an update. Dear Ms. [redacted], I spoke with Ms. [redacted] regarding the issue with her recliner.   She is stating that she was not given the opportunity for "next day service", however, it is documented with the service center that one of the supervisors spoke to her the following day.  Ms. [redacted] was not able to take service at the time that she was given due to a previous engagement.   At this time, the repair to her recliner has been resolved.  If you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at [redacted] between the hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Thank you for contacting us regarding our customer, [redacted]   [redacted] received delivery of her furniture on August 20th and contacted our Service Department on October 18th to indicate that when she sits on the middle seat, she can feel the metal...

underneath.   A technician was dispatched to the customer's home and found that there were several cigarette burns on the seat casings.   He inspected the frame, springs, and mechanism and everything is up to manufacturer standards.   The only option at this point is to have the technician visit her home again and add additional padding to the arms and foam to the seats .   [redacted] was offered this option but refused. Along with this letter we are also sending copies of the pictures showing the cigarette burns and all correspondence between [redacted] and Ashley Furniture Homestore.  If you should need any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at [redacted] Extension [redacted]Monica M[redacted] Ashley Furniture Homestore

I am rejecting this response because:Originally I requested a statement credit for the sofas and they have given me a store credit for the amount.  As I mentioned before we do have two matching recliners with the sofas.  I did go on their site and also visited their store to see if I find something matching to the recliners.  But I had no luck finding something matching to recliners. May be they can give me a credit for a whole set including recliners and I can get a new set. (suggestion) I appreciate your prompt response. Thank you
