My loan was sold to Mid Atlantic Finance after about months and everything went smoothlyComing out my Title was released no problems at all

I have asked many times for this company to come get the car that they have financed It is sitting in front of my house and I want it gone I have asked for the last month that Mid Atlantic come and get the car that I have financed with them I do not want the car any longer I have contacted them every other day for the last month I have voluntarily relinquished the car to them many times They tell me they are coming to get it but do not do anything It is still in front of my house and I have threatened to have it towed at their expense If they do not want the car, then send me the title and I will get rid of it legally

I called mid Atlantic for a self surrender of a car and was declined with not explanation when asked I bought a car in august 2016, had problems every since I had the cari try to return it to the dealership and found the dealership has closed downi called mid- Atlantic and request a self surrender I didn't hear a reply from them in several days so I called and the reptold me that the manger declined my request I asked why and the repsaid I cant tell you why the manger declined it I asked to speak to a higher up and was deniedthe reptold me I have to still make payments because the company does not want the car and it will be better on my credit

Mid Atlantic finance co not reporting credit I have been financing my car for almost months through mid atlantic finance co and I downloaded [redacted] to see how my credit was, I was want to trade the car inIt kept saying that they couldn't find anything.(as in they couldn't find any credit) I decided to go to a dealership to see what they could do for me and then, I fill the papers out so they could run my credit and stuffThe sales man came back from the computer and said that the credit bureau didnt have anything on my car or even that I had a loanI then called mid atlantic finance co and asked them why I have been paying for the car and not gettiny any credit for it, the lady then asked for my social security number again and then put me on hold to talk to the manager and came back and said I need to fax them my social security card and my driver's license saying the dealership should ofIve never heard of the dealership making a copy of your social security cardShe

I don't appreciate having to be on hold for to 45minutes and a representive name Aundrea decided to answer.I tell her my problem with my account, she ask can she put me on hold!! Now mind you I been on hold for to 45minutes already!! So another minutes goes by, all of a sudden I get hung up on!! Seriously!! I already don't like the fact my dealership sold my contract to this company!! But their call center is absolutely horrible!! This company needs to train their representative professionally!! And another thing the payment system they have sucks completely!! In order to make your payments you have to have a checking account!! They don't take debit or credit card payments over the phone or online!! So they want to suck you out of more money by sending it through MONEY GRAM !! Which cost another $ extra dollars on top of your car payment!! I don't recommend anyone going with this company!! If you sign a contract with your dealership make sure you read the fine print, because it state's that they can sell your contract, especially to this worst company ever!!!Just BE AWARE of what you are signing!! I undestand how many businesses operate when they need to have some cash I have bought cars from a local dealer / friend here in Coos Bay, Oregon several times in the last years When he needed some working capitol, he sold my account to Mid-atlantic Finance Company Luckily, I checked to confirm my balance and decided to pay the principal off immediately My concern stems from this companies lack of business commuinication I received no acknowledgement of my bank drafted checkAfter month, I called to learn what was going on Finally I reached someone in the title department who told that yes, they had received the pay off balance and that my title should be coming soon Another month later, I had to call again because I had not received anything This time someone told me that it takes day before they send out the title after paying off the principal Someone should have at least let me know their policy

Please help me resolve my issue with this company .I I've received notice that I owe mid Atlantic almost 6,000$ for a vechile but I never purchased a car with them never signed any paper work with them establishing any type of loan with them.I got a car from [redacted] which is in [redacted] ,me and they did in house financing with their own company Mississippi financial services.I let the car went back because me financial services promised me they would fix it if I payed a 200$ deductible because my transmission was slipping.they gave me the run around about getting it fixed said they had to work me in at their shop so I just sat the car down and told them that they could come pick it up.from my LA month went by and the car was still sitting there I get a notice from mid Atlantic saying I owe them I'm days late on my payment I don't owe them never knew I had a loan with them so how can I owe them when I had a contract with [redacted] &ms financial which was in house financing

First off, I would like to say Thank you MAF, you guys rockI have had a couple of issue with them but it was soon resolvedno company is going to be 100% perfectI love this company, they made paying off a car so easyI have cancer and I didn't have a job for a year and my husband was laid off it was hard but, they understood and worked with me when I had a delay in my paymentsof course they had to go by protocol and send notices but they worked with me and I worked with themMAF job is to collect payment and if you purchase something you have to pay that is a givenI am shocked at some of the reviews but hey everyone is different and they have the right to voice their feelings, However I didn't get any bad vibe from the companyI have never had a finance company like them and too address some reviews that stated that they didn't get a notice that they where transferring to MAF ...wow I am shocked I received a letter and it stated they were going to take over my loan also they do have the option to pay online with a debit card it is like a or dollar fee, but so may places charge a fee to make paymentsWell to end my review I look forward to working with them again and I am only dealing with a dealership that uses MAFThanks so much MAF see ya in when I look for a new car
