loans showing incorrect amounts and they are not showing my payments posted that have cleared my accounts I purchased a vehicle from [redacted] Auto Sales in May of 2014, loved the car and the serviceIn June of I call to see about scheduling an oil change and the number no longer worksI then start receiving multiple calls a day from Mid Atlantic with no voicemail's left and the number they called from you could not call backI finally catch them calling and find out who they areI let them know that I changed jobs and only get paid monthly and will send my payment via bill pay as they charge for every single form of paymentAll is well for a month, then the calls start rolling in again, they say that it is mandatory because my payment is behind, again no voicemail's but once a week and they were calling every day multiple timesThey say they never got my payment but my bank shows the check is cashedI tried to get another car and turn in mine but it had too much negativ

The last payment on my truck was supposed to be in January I called to make a payment and pay off the truck that is when they informed me that we owed another $2,when I ask for my payment history they gave me trouble about it I got it in the mail two weeks later I made my last payment and they are still saying we owe them $2,all I owe them was $I have my payment history I also have a lawyer trying to get my title for my truck this I am not the only customer that they have tried to get more money out of I went back to the dealership to discuss what to do and apparently they're done the same thing to the dealership and the dealership or no longer with them they keep telling me I owe him $2,but yet they have not made no contact or even tried to contact me or my husband

Account adjustment on payment already made Account # [redacted] for BMW purchased by Mid-Atlantic finance from [redacted] Car Center in [redacted] ,TX on Jan 24,2016.A January payment was made by me to [redacted] Car Center on the due date of Jan 7, in the amount of $which Mid-Atlantic claims should have been made to themI have receipt of the payment made.Have emailed Mid-Atlantic finance proof of payment made several times, yet they refuse to resolve this matter with [redacted] Car Center and continue to bill me for that amount
