Mid-Atlantic Pro Tel

Review: I made a purchase of a promotion buy one get one free galaxy S III phone. My son could receive an upgrade I could not for my phone.(I needed a phone because I was having trouble with my battery.) I told sales [redacted]. that normally if they called they would go ahead an allow me an upgrade. He informed me that I would have to make that call. That if I wanted the phone then I would have to add an additional line an call [redacted]. This is what I did, I called [redacted] within a short amount of time. [redacted] removed the additional line, and was informed that they should have offered me another battery. Pro Tel did not advise me of my options. In March I received a bill from pro tel for breach of contract. They want full price of phone $420. I was never advised when purchasing these phones that what I was signing was not a contract with [redacted] but with pro-tel. I understood I had to agree to 2yr service plan with [redacted], I had know reason to believe that I was signing anything else. Especialy when sale [redacted] directed me to contact [redacted]. I did not breach anything with [redacted] the phone line was removed by them stating that sales person did not follow policy. I should have been offered another phoneDesired Settlement: I do not feel that I should have to pay full amount on phone. I do not feel like I did anything wrong. The business selling products for service provider are misleading to consumer. To settle this matter I would be willing to pay $100 for the phone. I arrive at that price because that it what I paid for same phone less than 30 days latter, due to an accident.
