Purchased item off of their website based off of product description & product serial number Part received was mislabelled & not the correct part I needed Actually the part I received was about 2X the price of the part I needed I did call & the MidAtlantic Toyota Parts in Mechnicsville, VA & the person I talked to said I could keep the part Not needing the part they sent & not wanting to rip them off I sent the part back & asked that I get a full refund & not have to pay a restock fee, as I had located the correct part from another vendor I did send a follow up email & a hardcopy of my request to NOT receive the part originally ordered as I had located it elsewhere They continued to send the correct part for which I asked them NOT to I am sure if I were to send it back, they would charge a restock fee or simply lose it in transit, as I have seen others noted on complaints posted on *** STEER CLEAR of this VENDOR!

Here is all of the email info I have on [redacted] (which he did not buy the part from us, [redacted] did.).

We have been trying to get info from him to determine what the problem is. Did he purchase the wrong part? Did we pack the wrong part? He didn’t supply a VIN which is what we use to make sure the customer ordered the correct part. Below is the conversations my salesman and him have been having. We had to have [redacted] comments removed do to slander and cursing as well
This is the response we receivedThe individual has still not confirmed the vehicle he ordered the part for, a VIN or what part he even received (it is possible that he may have been sent the wrong item, but we cannot confirm it without knowing what he received)He states that we sent a part for a [redacted] with [redacted] and ***, but [redacted] is showing [redacted] without [redacted] The individual also states that he has purchased parts from us before, but we have not shipped to that address or to that email address in the last yearFurther investigate can be made to see if he has since switching to [redacted] if necessarySecondly, it almost sounds like he has been ordering parts for people under their names? Does that sound a little off?

I have reviewed the following information and I see where the package was refused and it appears to be stuck at the main postal hub.  We will give a refund when the package arives here.  I would suggest contacting the post office to have an investigation started.  The other option we...

have is that I will apply a $** discount towards the purchase of the part you do need and when the other part shows up here I will refund you the remainder.

Review: Received parts from Mid Atlantic on March 12th. Had my local Post office return to sender as I had realized they were incorrect before I opened the box. Contacted Mid Atlantic and they said this was alright. On March 23rd I contacted them again and they said some internal problem was holding up the credit but I would see it soon. On April 9th contacted them again and they said they had not received the package. Had my local Post Office track the package and it had been at the Mechanicsville post office since March 18th. I gave this information to Mid Atlantic and todate they have not responded.Desired Settlement: I want my refund!

Review: I ordered floor mats for a [redacted], they sent the wrong mats, I contacted by email, they ask for my VIN, I provided that information. I have not heard from them since. It's been three weeks and I have contacted them via their email address with no response.Desired Settlement: I just want the right floor mats for my vehicle.
