Preferred Credit Incengaged in unfair credit practices by never providing information of a 22% interest rate before or during the purchase of our Saladmaster products in October We weren't made aware of this 22% interest rate until we received our first bil in late Novemeber We have sent proof of our documentation that does not show we agreed to this rate We were led to believe we were just paying off the balance of the loan amount We have attempted to contact Preferred Credit Incmultiple times and request the recorded call file for additional evidence that we didn't agree to this 22% interest rate which has never been provided and ignored We have only been told their lawyers reviewed the document sent and we had no recourse

They are a complete rip off, iv been paying on this account for over three years and the majority of all my payments have gone towards interest, not principleI called and asked how much longer do I have to pay on these items, they told me it’s a revolving account there is no time frame as to when it will be paid off, I’m not going to be paying for something ten years later that Iv paid for already, while your pocketing my money

Make me give all this information to "PROVE" who I am and I have to send a letter to close my account? What a jokeYou had a lien on my house that was paid off when I sold it and you keep my account open?

Horrible CompanyI changed my payment account and dateThey still drafted my old account and old payment date making that account negative and giving me an overdraft fee with that bank and a late fee with them then proceeded to do a "retry" payment days later and then telling me that they are still going draft another payment on my new account and new date and will not waive any fees i've incurred with them even though when I called to change my payment account and date that they said they deleted the old one and I would not be charged anymoreLIES they just try to rack up the fees along with high interest to get as much money as possible out of youTOTAL SCAM

PCI was deceitful, rude, unhelpful and incredibly unprofessionalI dealt with "Monsi", "Mary", "Mark T." (supposedly the manager) and finally "Jolene", all with the exception of "Jolene" were rude, passive aggressive and just outright unhelpfulA Avoid this company at all costs!

I purchased a bed making a $downpayment and said I would pay the balance after the bed was deliveredThey had me sign a installment contract which allows business day for cancellation of the agreementThe bed was delivered on January 11th and I received a invoice on January from PCI FINANCE companyI paid the balance due (amount financed) and wrote on the check "PAID IN FULL" Now the finance company is saying I still owe interest charges even though balance was paid in less than days!!

We fell behind on our bill for months and then resumed payments at a higher rate to get out of collections (even though they were still accepting our payments) We were a little short this month so our payment was late, went through todayIn November of I received a call at my work and asked them very firmly NEVER to use my work phone as a means of collectionsToday they called my work phone againI am very upset about this and could possibly lose my job

Payment applications seem shady I am paying additional payments on my account I asked the company to apply the extra payments to the principal and NOT be considered a future payment on an installment After speaking with service representatives I was told they could not apply additional payments directly to the principal because this was a pre-computed loan No where the loan document does it state that it is pre-computed, or what the ramifications are regarding prepayment On 4-26-@ 9:pm, I spoke with Anna who then transferred me to Karl Both told me I could not apply extra payments toward the principal I asked Karl to transfer me to someone higher up and he stated that it was PM at night and he was the only one thereI asked him if I called back in the morning during "normal" business hours if someone would help me then - he said yes.; I called back on 4-27-10:am and was put on hold; call was dropped at 10:am; I called back & was on hold for m

Trying to pay off my Kirby after months of $payments.I called weeks ago and they quoted today its The total of Kirby is 1320.How so? Never use any line of credit from Preferred Credit, INC My husband utilized them to purchase a water filtration system from Rainsoft in Tulsa, OK My husband was the primary on the account and was shot and killed in our home and I called Preferred Credit to settle the account The best they could do was lower the monthly payments which would incur late fees and be reported to the Credit Bureau They were nonsympathetic to the fact that I have only one income and since the homicide occured in the home, I plan to sell This has got to be the worst customer service even outside of the tragedy that I am already dealing with I cannot believe they are so heartless and all they care about is their money

An unsolicited credit line appeared on my credit report I contacted Preferred Credit Inc by phone to learn what the account was They could not provide an account and said to contact the credit bureau to despute the claim I did, and the dispute was rejected by Preferred credit two times I never consented to or signed anything to open an account

In early November 2017, I contacted Preferred Credit to change the bank information that was being used to debit my monthly payment from one banking institution to another one I received confirmation that the funds will be debited from the new bank account provided Yesterday, December 19, 2017, I checked the old account and the new account and discovered that money had been debited from both accounts for the monthly payment When this occurred, there was not enough money in the original account to cover the monthly payment so my bank covered the $monthly charge and added a $fee for a total of $ As of now, my account is $overdrawn and I don't have the funds to cover the fee I called Preferred Credit on 12-19-and explained their error The person on the phone said to send to him either via email or fax the bank statement and they would refund the money I had my daughter take care of this because I am years of age and don't have the capabilities

Over a year ago I lost my job, and negotiated with preferred credit a payment of 50$ a monthThey have since charged me late fees every month, damaged my credit, and now are sending me info about setting up automatic payments and that now my payments are 50$ dollars a monthIf not for the late fees this would be PAID off!!
