I brought a vacuum on 01/19/and I did not open it at all and I been calling the office and all I'm getting the run around they don't wont to come and pick it all I call the company and spoke to joel on 01/31/and she was very nasty on the phone like I told her I been try to get some one to pick it up since 01/201/and all I'm get is the run a round with this company I no this is the credit company the place wear I brought the vac from told me to call these p ci and now pci tell me to call Kirby and I call Kirby on 01/20/01/21/01/22/01/23/and now they don't won't to answer my call I don't need this to go on my credit this is the number to Kirby and I spoke to the owner on 01/31/and keyon [redacted] and he told me to call the credit dept again and I did and they told me to call keyon and he is not answer the phone all I wont them do is come and pick this vac up her is Kirby number###-###-####
I am filing a complaint about this company because they reported me as paying late and I have never been late on my payments! They even had a gentleman call me to inform me that I had a late charge and after I checked my account while I had him on the phone, I told him that my payment went through my bank already, and he told me to disregard the phone call About a month later it was reported on my credit report as being late! Confused, I called the company to inquire about why my credit was reported when I wasn't late, the lady I spoke with couldn't answer my question and she wouldn't remove it off of my account! When I asked to speak to a manger, she refused stating that the managers were busy or unavailableI even called this business and specifically asked to speak to a manager and I haven't spoken with one yet! I think this company is shady and they are not very customer friendly I hate that I have never been late with my payments to this or any creditor, and this is causi
They didn't pull the payment when I told them to My husband set the payments up to come out on the 15th during the initial set up call and they set it up on the 7thI didn't address it with the first payment, I figured they made a one-time mistakeThe second time it happened, I called them to correct itThe manager I talked to was very rude and refused to waive the late feeThe second person I got said she would review the call and waive the late fee if I had indeed mentioned that I was putting a stop payment on the 12/payment and that they could pull the payment out on the 15thShe said she would call me back either way to let me knowI never got a call backI called to check on it and they said there were no late fees listed on the accountThey still refused to reverse the late mark on my credit
I regret that I got ever involved with this pseudo companyThey are the worse of the worseTheir only purpose of existence is to steal hard-earned money from naive people They hate to receive payments to be applied to capitalBe aware because most of your payments will go to interest alone and only a fraction to the capital Their website does not have an option to make payments to capital and even their staff need a supervisor's approval to do so One thing, I created my web profile when I received the letter from them and it did not work but until I spoke with one of their customer services agents Do yourself a huge favor and do not get any business whatsoever with Preferred CreditI had to get money from 401K to cancel this debt; that's how bad it is They prey on people and they know it that's why they will insist you to "explain you" their conditions before opening the account so you don't have any right for claim Be aware !!! On June 16, at 3:pm CST I placed a call to the company to find out what my payoff amount was and to schedule the final paymentThe agent stated that my payoff amount was $I agreed and scheduled the final payment to be taken from my checking accountHe advised me that it would take a few days for the final payment to come out and it would be taken on June 20th I also have an auto payment scheduled for the 20th of each monthI advised the agent of this and told him that the auto payment amount of $on the 20th of June would need to be cancelled as the payoff amount would be the final paymentHe agreed and said that it was cancelled and would not be auto drafted from my checking accountBefore ending the call I confirmed AGAIN that the auto payment of $would NOT be taken from my account on the 20thThe agent confirmed that ONLY the final payment of $would be deducted on June 20th and my auto payment had been cancelledI log into my bank account
I am dealing with the Denver Distributing, Incregarding a Kirby Vacuum that I had a home demonstration on Sunday, March 12, I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in Colorado as I am needing to return the vacuum which cost $This credit company has told me that I cannot return the vacuum (how does a credit company tell a consumer this)I have notified the Denver Distributing, Inc Company that I have a personal financial issue with my family that I have to help with and cannot pay for the vacuumThere is a contract that states if cancellation is within days there is no penaltyIt does not state "All sales are Final"
My problem is that I paid off loan on 2/22/and verified with CSA that it was closed since check cleared my bank account My account was drafted for $on 3/1/bc the next CSA I spoke with said my account was not closed I was told I had to wait to weeks for my refund It has been weeks still no return They messed up but I am the one who has been inconvenienced
These [redacted] put a UCC lien on my house that preventing me from streamlining my mortgage -- this is not the same as a re-finance, it's a streamline that I am getting NO CASH out of How in the hell can they sleep at night wanting to be in 1st lien position for stupid [redacted] $water filtration system!?!? $dollars -- SERIOUSLY!?!!?? How is the Revdex.com giving them an A+ rating when most of the reviews are complaints? Do I sound pissed? It's because I am! WHATEVER YOU DO, AVOID PCI FOR ANYTHING!!!
