We had a super who was not performing his tasks and not notifying us about thedeficiencies in his work orders . This super no longer works for the company. The tenant moved in on 9/1/and his dishwasherwas replaced with a brand new unit on 8/14/ The HVAC system
(heating system) has been inspected and is in goodworking order .All the issues and all defects werecorrected in a timely manner

I had turn in my monthly rent for Dec. 2018 and the clerk tell me the letter in the one of the words is messed up, however the MO has WU AMT with the ID number and tell me in writing with a copy of the MO that is no good...SMH

Its bad enough that the apartment is falling apart and I only been here 3 months.. cant wait to move when my this lease is up in sept 2019.

We rec'd tenants letter dated 1/23/2015 and mailed  a release to tenant at [redacted], ca 95054.  we have checked tenant's file and are emailing tenant another release for $80.00.

We are refunding the full amount and a release has been sent to tenant.

We have reviewed the tenant's complaint and have sent the tenant a release for reimbursement of the one month's rent.  upon receipt of the release from the tenant a check will be cut and mailed for $1010.00.

We reimbursed tenant the amount withheld from his security deposit.  a release was sent to the tenant on 9/5/17 (see attached).   upon receipt of the signed release a check will be mailed within 7 to 10 days.

After you vacated the unit,  our staff attempted to prep the unit for re-renting, unfortunately, bedbugs were seen and the unit had to be treated.  I have attached the exterminator's reports, where you will see that the unit was treated on 9/14, 9/21, 10/12, 10/19 and a final treatment on...

11/7.  during the time the unit was being treated management could not re-rent the unit.

Unfortunatly we didn't know about the bedbugs until the inspection was done to prep the unit.  bedbugs were seen and the unit had to be treated.  I have attached the exterminator's reports, where you will see that the unit was treated on 9/14, 9/21, 10/12, 10/19 and a final treatment on 11/7.  during the time the unit was being treated management could not rerent the unit.

This has to be the worst customer service I have experienced with anyone, this is worst than Motor Vehicle

PROCESS BY THE POST OFFICE.   MS. [redacted] WILL CONTACT US IN 2 WEEKS WITH STATUS OF THE SEARCH.

YOUR FILE HAS BEEN REVIEWED SEVERAL TIMES BY UPPER MANAGEMENT.  WE HAVE PERFORMED NECESSARY MAINTENANCE REPAIRS WITHIN A TIMELY FASHION.  DISHWASHER HAS BEEN REPLACED AND HEATING HAS BEEN REPAIRED TO STANDARDS.  MANAGEMENT FEELS ANYTHING WE DO, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE HAPPY, THEREFORE MANAGEMENT HAS MADE THE DECISION TO ALLOW YOU TO BREAK YOUR LEASE WITHOUT ANY PENALTIES.  HOWEVER YOU MUST VACATE THE UNIT AND RETURN THE KEYS TO THE RENTAL OFFICE BY AUGUST 30, 2015.

We have sent the tenant a release for the total amount of $1610.00.  Upon receipt of the release a check will be cut to the tenant,

UPON FURTHER REVIEW BY MANAGEMENT WE HAVE DECIDED TO GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND OF $150.00.  WE HAVE EMAILED YOU A SECOND RELEASE FOR $70.00.  PLEASE SIGN AND HAVE BOTH RELEASES NOTARIZED (3/2/2015 $80.00 AND 3/11/2015 $70.00) AND RETURN TO US.   UPON RECEIPT OF SIGNED RELEASES A CHECK FOR $150.00 WILL BE SENT TO YOU.

THIS TENANT RECEIVES RENTAL ASSISTANCE FROM SUPPORTATIVE HOUSING CONNECTION.  HIS CONTRACT IS UNDER ATTORNEY REVIEW.

New tenant moved in on December 19, 2015.  Mr. [redacted] was credited back 13 days rent for December 2015, the full month of January and his full security deposit minus $195 for damage charges.  Because the address we received on the notice to vacate form that the tenant submitted did not...

include the apartment #, the checks were returned to us on 2/1.  Once contacted by the tenant on 2/11, the check was immediately mailed back out to him the same day with the corrected address.  The refund was for the tenant’s security deposit and the overpayment of 13 days of December rent.
