Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I am rejecting the original message stating that the problems I have with Midway Motors are still in existence they have not taking care of the repairs for my vehicle I bought this car with in days the car was making a scary noise I took it back they tell me nothing is wrong I had the car looked at by a special at [redacted] because my car is made by [redacted] I thought it best to take to a specialist they did a diagnosis for the car I took it to Midway the told me that its the opinion of the master mechanic at [redacted] and, they did not have the same findings and, they did not fix itI now have owned my car for less than two months and, the engine light is on I call the maintenance manger [redacted] he told me well you did by a use car I have a car not for over seven thousand dollars in addition I informed him that the air bag light keeps coming on and, he justifies it Please be aware I have informed them prior to my days lemon law now he tells I have had the car for months the only time he gives me to bring my car is doing work hours and, I have taken time from work lost wages and, still the problems has not been taking care of please reach out to this company again on my behalf.Thank You Regards, [redacted]

They did have a water pump replaced at the [redacted] dealer and it was paid for by their extended warranty and they do have one strut leaking which we are willing to replaceThe vehicle was purchased in May of and the day warranty that came with the vehicle expired in JulyWe are not obligated under the state law to do anything but in good faith will replace the strut that is leaking

The vehicle was brought here and was inspected a second timeThis time the shop manager got involved and rechecked the vehicle and the front end was tight and the struts were fineI am going to guess the customer talked to someone or went online and read about the series and things to look for and wanted them replaced while under our warranty cause down the road it would eventually need thisThe two techs that looked at this said it absolutely does not need this work and we would not have released the vehicle if it were unsafe I stand by the word of my two A techs that looked at it and think we owe no restitution

This complaint should not be publishedThe customer only requested a refund after the vehicle was totaled and he clearly states that it was due to a recall from GM nothing to do with anything our dealership didAs to his confusion with the year of the vehicle he also shows that he knew this before purchasing the vehicleI was not involved but either way it appears that he knew before he purchased the vehicleWe have been in contact with him and are working to get him the most from his insurance however if he continues to post complaints we will no longer try to help him

Mr *** was refunded on his first request on June 9th the day he filed this

The pictures show that the struts were finewhen shocks or struts go bad the fluid in them goes all over them. The rust on the rear shocks do not effect the way they performIf the shocks and struts were bad the ride would be very bouncy and the tires would be worn unevenlyThis was not the case. The

I exited my complaint #***, filed on 1/23/2018, before I could respond to the response from Midway Motors. My son was called yesterday, at approximately 4:30p.m., and was spoken to by ***, who asked my son to bring in the vehicle so that he can inspect it for the struts, he mentioned strut, but my son corrected him and stated that it is strut(s) that are the issue. Midway was brought paperwork from the *** dealership, and for some reason they still do not want to honor what the mechanic had found and reported. I feel insulted by the tone of their response and their feeling that they are only offering to fix one strut and feel that that makes it better is a truthI really think they can do better than what they are offering and should stop trying to low ball their customers who came to them in good faith. This matter has resolved as far as am concern if an engine light comes on and, all you do is switch it off with out doing an diagnosis that is not resolving it. When I took the car for the engine light it took them less than five minutes to say to me its all set. When I ask to check further he said to me it would take 5 hours to do that and, he did not have the time this is after I took 3 hours from my job loosing wages to take the car to them.  How can I continue to do this with them everything that other mechanics find wrong with the car Midway continue to disagree.  How long can I keep taking time from my work and, driving one hour to go there to be told they are not going to fix and, there is nothing wrong.  Midway is well aware that they can get away with what they are doing to me and, they know they can get away with.Continued Issues.1. Brake2. Engine light was switch off 3. Clicking 4. Oil Change Light came on two days after I took the car homePlease help.
