This complaint should not be published. The customer only requested a refund after the vehicle was totaled and he clearly states that it was due to a recall from GM nothing to do with anything our dealership did. As to his confusion with the year of the vehicle he also shows that he knew this...

before purchasing the vehicle. I was not involved but either way it appears that he knew before he purchased the vehicle. We have been in contact with him and are working to get him the most from his insurance however if he continues to post complaints we will no longer try to help him.

[redacted] filed this complaint before she even brought the car to us with her concerns. She has come in since then and we have taken care of the issues.Thank you

We are working with this customer now on this. There was some confusion/misunderstanding. There was a lien on the car and the refund had to go to the bank as those products were financed.

The issue of the refund is not resolved because I have not received the refund.  I received a call from Midway asking if I wanted the refund mailed or picked up.  I elected to have the refund mailed to me.  Once I receive the refund then I will close out the complaint.

They did have a water pump replaced at the [redacted] dealer and it was paid for by their extended warranty and they do have one strut leaking which we are willing to replace. The vehicle was purchased in May of 2017 and the 60 day warranty that came with the vehicle expired in July. We are not obligated under the state law to do anything but in good faith will replace the strut that is leaking.

My son and I have documented paper work that this vehicle needs replacement struts, the above mentioned business has reached out with an offer of putting together a package, a package of what?  I do not except their response and particularly do not care for the service that was afforded my son and I.
