Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Each time I’ve every called , long ago in the past, to get a balance I was given it over the phoneAlso each time I’ve called to make payment over the phone I was told that I could not do soI could only send in a money order/ personal check. The answer given sounds very controducting to the answers I’ve gotten in the pastHowever, I will be mailing a letter requesting the inquiry be removed from my credit report. Also am requesting a letter sent to me including my balance.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The fact that the account is not being reported to my credit any longer is correct. Having a judgement that suggest that the balance of the said amount is owed to the Mid West Acceptance Company does not authorize this company to continue to place a hard inquire to my credit report. They have no reason to check my credit for anything. I am not applying to anything with this company. The original signed documents authorizing Mid West Acceptance Company to do a credit check on my credit was for the initial application for a loan with them and nothing further. Now that the company has received the collateral and a judgment by default does not give the right or permission to run an inquiry on my credit ever. I will not agree to the terms this company has put in place and the debt the claim I owe them, nor the continue inquiry on my credit. I will be sending this into the credit reporting agency to show fraud activity on the continue unauthorized inquiries.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/12/10) */
We apologize that Ms *** has had a bad experience with Midwest Acceptance Corp. The collateral was recovered due to account delinquency and broken payment arrangementsThe recovery was not done over personal feelings, spite or raceIn regards

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/12/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Who exactly is *** ***? And what would his contact info be? This is just what I would expect from this company, more unprofessionalism and poor communicationActually, this business needs to be investigatedThis company never even tried to contact me to inform me on a process or provide information on what follow up options I had which was a clear indication that they never intended to and that just like the contract provided me absolutely no options for trying to make good on the contractAnd when I did try to contact the company, MrDean was so unprofessional in his communication with me and so was ***I was told that someone named *** was in charge of my account and when I asked to speak with him, he clearly stated that he was not the person in charge of the accountWho would want to do business with a company like this? Would you? Are there any suggestions on how to move forward with filing a more serious complaint on this company? This company's decision to repossess the vehicle was obviously a thought out process for ruining my creditAnd although the company claims that there were broken payments arrangements, I communicated every time I would be late, I paid late fees when I knew it would go past the due dateIf this was the case, why did they not communicate the riskiness of the matter if this was that serious of a matterWithout warningAnd I am supposed to believe that race, personal feelings or spite had nothing to do with itRightIs there another agency that handles more serious complaints against companies like Midwest Acceptance or explain my next step with the Revdex.com?
Thank you
