In...

regards to the business aspect of the situation, the agreements of the terms and conditions of the contract were not meet, Midwest Acceptance Corp. was forced into a situation beyond the companies control to take possession of said collateral. An agreement for the customer to redeem the collateral was agreed upon in July of this year. The customer has almost completed paying what is owed. As explained several times to the customers, the collateral will be transported to a storage facility, that was to occur by today August 15, 2017 but has not. We were told today, as I told Ms [redacted] today August 15, 2017 at approximately 3:00 pm today that the collateral will be moved in the morning hours of August 16, 2017. Also as we have told the customers multiple times, as soon as Midwest Acceptance Corp. is in receipt for the transportation invoice, we will be contacting the customers so that they can pay the balance due, then redeem the collateral. This has all been explained to the customers are multiple occasions. The fact the repossession company is going out of business and that the transportation company is behind with their work is out of Midwest Acceptance's Corp. control. In regards to desired settlement, Midwest Acceptance Corp. is attempting to "finish the job". The collateral will be released only after the account is satisfied and all invoices are accounted for.
