Please send my title to the license branch in Kendallville, IN asap because on August 15th, that includes day extension, I will no longer be able to drive my vehicle because of waiting on the title from your endI am not happy, don't know what else to do, if I have to I might post on the webpage to never buy from your facility, because this is ridiculous

Hello I do apologize for any miscommunication you may have had in dealing with this mater but we have canceled the products that you originally requested be canceledSince you have a loan on the vehicle the pro-rated amount would go back to the bank not you so you would not see a check of any kind come to you nor will it change your payments it would only be a principal payment on your loanTo my knowledge you have not contacted anyone in my finance department in the last 30+ daysIf there is still a problem with your account I will be more than happy to help you but there is only so much I can do as I cannot check any part of your personal loan accountI understand you believe it is only my fault in this matter but it is possible that there could be a miscommunication at the bank if you would like we could work together to resolve this issue Thank You and have a nice day

With regaurd to the complaint of the deposit, It is company policy that they are non refundable deposits you gave us the deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle since you lived hours awayWhen you arrived the ca was in the back still being cleaned for delivery to you and we did check out the complaint on the break light fault it was because the break sensors need to be replacedI told you the issue on the car The only paperwork you started to do here was a credit application so that we could obtain financing for youafter we obtained financing for you was when you had a problem with the sensors because of my belief you were unhappy about the ratewe allowed you to check with your bank which you didAfter all the back and forth I was able to offer you a compromise on the break sensors in which you have to replace the pads also, you declined the compromise then at that point wanted out of the dealWe spoke about the deposit not being refundable you accepted that fact and drove homethe next day Jose called you and worked out an arrangement that we would go ahead and do the repair at no cost to you, and you at that point still refused to do the deal on the car we had tried and made every consesion we could for you from price to the work to be promised in no way did we not try and work with you, You as a customer decided to back out of the deal we did not as a company we had everything arranged for you and at this point I do not see how we owe your non refundable deposit back nor do I see why you tried to give us a bad review for just trying to put together a deal that you backed out of

When [redacted] preformed the assessment of the air conditioning system, they informed me the condenser and the dryer need to be replaced, the compressor is not the issueI have invested hours of my time to have this issue fixed ( attempts / visits ) and the air conditioning is still malfunctioningMy companion has restrictive lung disease and several family members that cannot ride in a vehicle with no airI am not satisfied with this resolution Regards, [redacted] ***

He responded back confirming receipt of the request and stated he would process the request on Monday, August 7, 2017. I do apologize about the inconvenience that you have been having with everything, I have been under the impression that you have been in contact with your sales person Raymond because I agree the time you have been waiting with no contact is to long. I do depend on the individuals that I hire to... take care of my customers because of the fact it is almost impossible to get back with everyone due to scheduling and the duties I perform here at Midwest Automotive Connection. In saying that we have checked your vehicle out here and have not been able to recreate the problem that you stated is wrong with the vehicle we as a dealership have decided to have the car check out by a local repair facility that specializes in foreign and performance vehicles just as a second opinion. I want to make sure we have done the best we can to make sure the vehicle is operating the way it should. I will make sure that everything is expedited quickly for you. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused for you.

I would like to start by saying I understand your fustration and apoligize for any inconvience you my have hadI understand the cost associated with traveling a fairly large distance to purchase a vehicleBut I also would think everyone would understand the associated risks involed with that type
of sight unseen purchaseOur very aggressive pricing ($6,behind NADA Retail) reflected the vehicles conditionAt our company we make a clear effort to be as transparent as possible during all steps of the sales processAs for the issues that you are stating about the vehicle, you never brought those up to me when I spoke with you, your only concerns at the time were about the fact that the person who owned the vehicle used it as a truck and there was a dent in the skid plate under the vehicle which is what that item is designed forYou stated the reson you didnt want to go forward with the purchase was due to you didnt want to deal with the little things that the vehicale needed to meet your personal standards which are diffrent for all individualsYou knew about our company's non-refundable deposit p[olicy before making the decision to give us your depositAny vehicle which has a deposit will not be sold to another customer untill the agreed upon time has expiredWe reserve the right to take back up offers(not deposits) just in case the first offer is void for whatever reason

8/- discussed complaint with business (Midwest Automotive Connection, *** *** *** *** *** *** ***) and spoke with *** as well as ***, the Manager*** was aware of complaint and stated that all paperwork had been sent to the customer's bank from which the loan was approved due to the fact that the customer resides in Indiana and the business is in OhioHe claimed the bank was responsible for submitting the title to the State for the purpose of license plate issuance. I telephoned the customer and left a voice mail in his voice mail system advising him to verify the information provided by the business and let me know his findings

Hello MR***, As I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have had with this vehicle, But when you were here we agreed that I would go ahead and balance the tires for you at a cost of $You excepted this as an acceptable answer at time of sale, you also before purchasing the car had the
vehicle inspected by a third party of your choosing that came picked up our car test drove it and reported back to prior to you driving in to our dealership, at that time you also drove the vehicle and decided that it was a vehicle in which you would like to ownAfter you took it to the tire place they told you the tires had broken belts I agreed after receiving a estimate for the tires that I would pay for half the balance in the form of $at that point you decided it was not acceptable to you then filed complaint and now threatening to file lawsuitWe here are willing to go ahead and pay the balance of $which is the total of the only professional estimate that was presented to me I hope this helps youThank you and have a great day

This car dealership has had 3 opportunities to fix the air conditioning with no positive results.
