I am rejecting this response because: this statement from the business is simply more "Fraud" and "Dishonesty".  The 3 principal family members running this business have been...

making "excuses", and promises to show up and start work, but breaking those promises repeatedly by not showing up or calling, since September 2, 2017.It is now December 25, 2017.  They have had my $2400.00 advance deposit since August 21, 2017.  That's FOUR MONTHS, and STILL no materials have been brought to the property, and no work has begun, even though "measurements" have been made THREE TIMES already.Therefore, I hereby inform America Roofing (again) that this contract was CANCELED as of Monday, December 18, 2017.  And that the next 2 steps I will take are: 1. I will file a formal complaint with Waco Police Department on a charge of "Theft by Fraud", and hereby advise that if anyone representing America Roofing comes onto my property for any reason other than refunding $2400.00 by either cash, money order, or certified bank check; I will call the police and file a complaint for "Trespassing"and;2. If my $2400.00 advance deposit funds is not refunded immediately then suit will be filed in McLennan County Court.If the deposit of $2400.00 is made by the end of December 2017, then the charges and lawsuit will be dropped.
