Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the business owner has not addressed the consequences of his negligenceHe continues to say that he only handles parts, not serviceBut if he negligently provides the wrong part, which, when installed, causes damage that must be repaired, he should be liable for those repair costsI have a written statement from the repairman that it was the incorrect partThe business owner'should own customer service rep looked up the correct part number and admitted I was provided with the wrong partJ&J needs to be responsible for the costs incurred due to third negligence Regards, [redacted]
