I sell parts that I purchase from [redacted]. I can only give you a full refund for the parts your purchased and the shipping and handling.
I do not cover any service calls.
J&J International only can...

reimburse for the purchase of parts.
My parts do not come with instructions on how to replace the old part for the new parts.
You will get a free shipping label to send back the part for a complete refund of $61.15.
That is the total invoice price you paid to J&J International.

I am rejecting this response because:
You didn't comment at all on your staff hanging up on me multiple times. You also didn't comment on the poor treatment from your staff, saying "that's not my problem" or "you should have thought about that". I was specifically told I would have the door in my possession in 10 days or less. It was over a month though. You didn't comment on that at all either. I also called after the 10 days passed to be told there was a delay and I would have it in 5 days or less. Well, that didn't happen either. You didn't address that. Your comment does say that you checked the door for damage, yet it arrived dented. There are multiple facets to the complaint that you didn't address at all.

Below is the email I sent to the response I got from someone at [redacted]'I just looked at my bank account on the day the purchase was made and also did a search for the amount and it is gone. Why didn't someone just tell me this? This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever dealt with when it comes to cancelling an order and refunds. If someone had simply told me this back when I am guessing they first reversed it, I would be done and on my way. Absolutely painful, horrible customer service. I will never do business with samsungparts.com again.Also, this originally did not show up in my pending section of my card but in verified transactions.
