Cole's services called me and husband after we did a complaint to the Contractors State License Board of course, but never had responded to our complaints before...? The owner "*** ***" came to our home and witnessed all the mess ups, we told him we wanted a mold specialist to come out and test our home for Mold because that's what his worker told usthat we had mold? Then the owner said that his worker said that because that's what my husband wanted to hear? what kind of company does that? The owner also said he Balance out the air in the house
Replace return duct at roof/ceiling level by living room, Patch ceiling and paintIf its common duct work we will do it the same day if its custom we schedule a different date and time
Water proof electrical line on roof
Properly cover thermostat (owner requested this not sure what this is)
Two years of maintenance on Package unit on roof
Double warranty on blower motor
Refund $for small claims court cost
Make correction from building department
All this a little too latehe took a long time to even get back to us and what makes us think they will complete the job?

We know that Coles continues to lie, and they hope we will just go away We read their response and find it almost comical Social media sites, including *** help regular people learn about other people's experiences I would not want any of my neighbors, friends or family to use Cole's services We put in a $10,air conditioning unit From day one from the inspector coming out, provided the drainage system has needed improvement If it's a certain word we are not using correctly, sorry about that But, they came out last year when our unit flooded There was no other reason for them to come to our home It was soaked inside the flooring of the unit and onto our floorboards, the water leaked out from there There is no other place the water came from or could have come from We have a beautiful home, and certainly don't need to fight with Coles' if it wasn't their responsibility Their own technician came out and said it was installed incorrectly, made the call in front of us, and then a new installation was done free of charge After that we asked about the damage to our flooring, and the saga began. Why would I, a year old grandmother of do this if it wasn't clearly their fault Do you know the date they came out the very first time ( when Luis) ran a snake in the drain where the flood was coming from inside the closet of the unit where nothing else is, he told us it was just the design and there was nothing more he could do Then he went outside proceeded to take about the unit that was working perfectly and tell us for $he could fix something We told him no and to put it back Whatever he was talking about still works fine a year later, and it was such obvious attempted fraud We never thought we had to check for proper information on their invoices, but apparently we should haveNone of the invoices explain what really happened However I am providing them. What is silly about this response is they are trying to make it personal, like I'm threatening employees That's absurd What is not absurd is that I refuse to give up on this and it's much more on principle now I have all the paperwork, but scanning it comes out very light Attached anyway I realize that you are probably not going to be able to resolve this and I have been advised to go ahead with the State Contractors Board Regards,

After hearing about ***'s experience we sent our Sales Manager, *** to his homeBelow is ***'s updated review: The manager - *** - called me this evening after I posted this review and personally came out with Hector to install a new unit for me I did not think it was possible to
have such a high and low about a company, but I would trust *** with my home maintenance anytime! He has fully restored my faith in this company, and I would recommend him to anyone who asks! Thank you for your honesty, and respectable business practices, ***! I will be purchasing my furnace through your company soon!

Revdex.com and Mrs*** ***,
1. I have reviewed the document, with great depths and have found more then I was aware ofI do want to however mention that we went out to Mr***’s Home and presented different options in which he decided to go forwardMr*** needed my technician to check the home and make sure that everything was working properlyAs my technician tested the unit and looked throughout the home he came to realize that his home had asbestos which need to be taken care of (Asbestos is the name given to a group of minerals that occur naturally in the environment as bundles of fibers. Exposure to asbestos may increase the risk of asbestosis, other nonmalignant lung and pleural disorders, lung cancer, mesothelioma, and other cancers.) The customer wanted this to be taken care of as soon as possibleAfter giving the options to Mr*** he asked the technician how much it was for a new unit since his unit was from and makes it about years oldThat is the reason that the customer decided to go forward with the new unitIn Mrs***s statement she states that I called her on June at 9:10am which is correct I did ask for the address her father is living in only because the Revdex.com complaint had no information on what customer the complaint was about and we don’t have *** *** in they systemAfter Reviewing the file with great depth I come to notice that we did collect $2,that should have been credited back to the customer and are willing to refund this right away, however we have been trying to collect information on this issue we’ve tried to contact and left plenty of voices mail messages for Mr*** to call me back in regards to this issue the number we have on file is ***I would like to get in contact with the Mr*** and would like it if Mrs*** was present to go over the contract and resolve this matterWe can refund the $right away as this should have been credited back to Mr***Thank you and do apologize for the inconvenience
Best regards,

Statement from salesman ***: Back on June 21st I personally met with *** at *** *** *** *** *** ** ***She had just purchased the home and was wanting to
install a new heating and air conditioning systemShe had gotten bids for this jobShe was using each of us as leverage to get the price cheaperAll she wanted was cheapLittle did she know, that one of the other competitors that gave her a bid, is one of my personal friendsShe used my bid to get him cheaper and vice versaI explained the duct issue to her, but she wanted to spend the least amount of money as possibleShe was not willing to spend any additional money besides the $7,for the HVAC equipmentI told her that I would do a complimentary duct seal for her just because she did not want to spend any additional money at this timeI said to her," try it out for a year and then we can re-visit the ductwork issue whenever you're ready." She agreed to my statement and even said that she thought that was a good ideaThe house sat empty until she rented the home out to a familyOn August 18th 2016, I received a call from ***'s property management staffThe tenant was complaining about little airflow to the master bedroom, so I personally went out to the property [free of charge] to see what was going onUpon arrival, I found that the entire house was cool and the equipment was running to specWhen I did another inspection on the ductwork, I tried to see where the problem wasthe ductwork was original to the build of the home (1987)As I had mentioned to her back in June when *** purchased the equipment from us, her ductwork was years old and it was very fragile*** even stated that she remembered the conversation but she didn't want to spend the money to have the ductwork changedHer property management staff told me that she was extremely hard to work with through any type of projects similar to this oneThe price to replace the ductwork is $4,995.00, but we tried to help her out because she was frustrated, and we only charged her $2,Cole Services even gave her a lifetime warranty on the ductwork at no additional chargeThe installers did a beautiful job on installing all of the equipment as well as the ductworkIt is very unfortunate that there are people out there trying to take advantage of companies like ours, just to,get something for freePlease call or email me with any other questionsThank you
As stated, we did the work that our customer requested and signed contracts for*** was fully aware of the old duct work at the time of the original sale and decided not to change it out at this time*** did a full inspection of the home and recommended replacing the duct work that *** declined

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowOne day after I filed my Revdex.com complaint, I received a call from ***. She requested a time range for a representative to stop by on Saturday, 8/20/to inspect the property to initiate the permit process. My family and I were home all day. To date, no one has stopped and no one has called me. No one! And if someone has called, they never left a message. I want to resolve this issue; however, Mike Cottle Plumbing Company is making it extremely difficult. Why is it so difficult to do the RIGHT thing? To resolve this issue, a recorded permit confirming the install of the new a/c and furnace will resolve this lingering issue. This is another buyer beware situation when doing business with this company

I got a new unit installed back in March of 2015 and paid almost 11k. I got a 3 ton unit with insulation in the attic installed. within 1 month 1/2 the condenser water pump malfunctioned and the unit stopped working. I contacted them and it took over 48 hours to fix when it was hot here in LA. It took multiple calls to get service.
Today I called at 9:30 am and was told someone would get back to me. I called again around 2pm and they said someone would get back to me. I called again after I got a voice mail, the one time I went to the bathroom but I called back within 2 min of the voice mail. I Left another message and finally a women called me back saying someone would call me. I waited and waited, at around 7pm I called her and she said they had taken care of calling me, I said no I am still waiting. During this entire time the inside temp was 91 degrees with the windows open and 3 fans going on high.
She apologized and said she would call back. Its 7:55pm and still nothing. I would not hire this company or recommend them to anyone ever. Today is Sep 26th 2015.
