I have never got a copy of credit card receipt, the website to view the clients is 80% “member is currently Inactive”, the one that respond was from out of state [redacted] promised me that only in state and in Littleton will contact me.I have some medical issue that I forget, now my family remind me (after they find out I have sign up the Mile High Singles) that I have poor short-term memory (see attached), doctor appointments has been scheduled in July I should not have to sign up for any kind of dating service, I did it without my family knowing that, and I really don’t remember why I did that Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Tell us why here[redacted] membership is everchanging, and at any given time members may choose to have a “status” of Active or Inactive throughout the term of their membership In our previous response to the complainant it was stated that [redacted] events are a wonderful opportunity for members to meet one another and mingle in a non-pressure environmentMembers often bring a friend (non-member) to an event and we encourage them to do so as it adds to the fun! The complainant signed a Membership Agreement and initialed the understanding of our “No Refund” policy on the back of the Membership AgreementThe complainant also signed a credit card receipt that clearly states, “no refunds” [redacted] is not a right of rescission state and so our no refund policies are clearly outlinedWe are more than happy to assist the complainant with the Membership in any way but we do not offer nor is the complainant entitled to a refund of any kind

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Mile High Singles had not contact me even before those descriptions were used The descriptions are to the best of my knowledge what I experienced; if they are false, the business will simply return my money I find it interesting that they are offended by words used to describe them; however, they find it perfectly good to say "We have thousands of members who meet those criteria." (Criteria: Active Women, 40-years, without children at home, are runners) So, if they concede their words may be false, I will concede the words I used to describe them may be false The only fair resolution is for the business to return my money Sincerely, [redacted]

I understand that she changed her mind after deciding to joinAnyone can leave at any timeNo one would ever tell someone that they can't leave an establishment whenever they like and no one did that hereShe also states that the rep left the room and she still didn't take the opportunity to leave at that point? If you don't want to purchase something, you don'tYou don't just give someone your credit card and sign the credit card slip, read over an extensive contract, initial the no refund policy and then wait days before saying anythingHer statements defy logicShe was never under any duressWe do not have refunds of any kind and she was made abundantly aware of that fact when she decided to joinThe program she purchased is available to her whenever she decides to utilize itHer choice to utilize it or not, is exactly thatHer choiceIf she decides to utilize it, we are very happy to assist her in every way to help ensure the success of her program with us, which is why she decided to purchase it in the first placeThere is no where she can get the same service, let alone for "way less"

We’re a private, exclusive dating company that’s been around for many years Our staff takes great pride in serving our members, giving our best supporting the members throughout this adventure to find companionship and love Our environment is safe and secure Our members have online access to our database after they schedule and complete the photo/video/orientation This member met with [redacted] for his first-time appointment, not [redacted] We have members in their to years, no kids at home and a runner; sometimes not all the member’s activities are mentioned in profiles Members can go inactive or become active at any time, for any reason The beauty is, this gives members the opportunity to approach dating on their terms This member sent an email (Dec2nd) to our organization expressing his thoughts My Membership Service Manager forwarded his emails to me and then had a conversation with me The Manager said she wanted to respond to him via email that she believed with her help and her team they would be able to find some great women for him She wanted to show him that our service does work and she’s very proud of her team and what she does She offered to review his profile and make any changes that she thought would be beneficial, while waiting for his edits And, to keep in mind that this is a process; finding that special someone doesn’t happen overnight (at least not usually!)This member responded to my Manager saying, “You and I are going to be great friends, for the next years

Tell us why here...On November 8, 2017, the complainant came to our office to be interviewed for potential membershipShe joined and was presented with the necessary forms required for new membersOne of the forms is the membership agreement which clearly states that Mile High Singles does not grant refunds or cancellationsThis segment of the membership agreement was acknowledged and initialed by the complainantThe issue of varied prices for our service is trueThere are several different levels of membership that are presented to each potential memberServices provided to members are in accordance to the level of membership they choose.Various male members selected the complainant, she responded, “yes” to oneIn fact, the member who received the “yes” from the complainant purposely came in to Mile High Singles to say, “we changed his life” after a few dates with this complainant.Mile High Singles is happy for this complainant that “she met someone who fits her standards” however, if for any reason she want to utilizes who membership, Mile High Singles would love to assist her throughout the duration of her membershipSheryl M [redacted] Director Of Mile High Singles

This individual came into our Center on his own accord, listened to how the process works and freely handed over his credit card to the membership representative to charge the membership feeWe treated this member with dignity and respect as we do all our members Mile High Singles sent a mass email to our members with an apology and an explanation as to why our member site was down for days. The response from many of our members was understanding of the situation With our ongoing Revdex.com correspondence, and under my direction, the Mile High Singles Membership Service Staff has not contacted this memberSince this member used words such as “*** ***”, “predatory business”, “fraud”, “sham”, to describe Mile High Singles, I decided it was in the best interest of the Staff not to communicate with this member during this timeHowever, if this member decides to use his membership, the Mile High Singles Staff will support him and we will do our best to introduce him to the type of women that he wants to date

The complainant joined Mile High Singles 11/30/The complainant and staff had several conversations over the course of her membership regarding her activity, member benefits, selections, conversations and dates she had with our gentlemen membersMile High Singles membership is ever changing,
and at any given time members may choose to have a “status” of Active or Inactive throughout the term of their membershipOn April 13, Per the complainants request her profile information was made invisible removing her from member accessComplainant originally came in on December 9th, for her photo and video shootAt that time, she requested that the photographer only use three of the photos from the shoot in her profileMile High Singles management and staff strive to provide all our members with exemplary service, she was scheduled for a second photo shoot to allow this member the opportunity to have additional photos included in her member profileThe complainant came back on December 14th for the second photo / video shoot and at that time stated that she was pleased with the outcomeThe complainant signed a Membership Agreement and initialed the understanding of our “No Refund” policy on the back of the Membership AgreementThe complainant also signed a credit card receipt that clearly states, “no refunds”. There was never any pressure to join our serviceThere is much incorrect information in this complaintThe pricing, the interest rate, the communication, etcI understand that some people get cold feet after becoming a memberThis is a dating service and tends to make people nervousI take
issue with distorting the facts after the fact, in order to get out of a contract that has no refundIt was made crystal clear that we have no refunds and she even signed her initials indicating her understanding of that factShe claims she couldn't leave the room but then sites many times that someone left the room? She was free to go at any timeHad she indicated she wasn't interested in the service, that would have been the end of it, but she did not - she did exactly the oppositeI have email correspondence with her that I have stored so the lack of hearing back from the Director is simply falseShe disputed her credit card and lost because she had no grounds for a refundWe are more than happy to assist her with her membership and to help ensure her success with us should she decide to utilize the service she purchased

She joined Mile High Singles on May 2016. She signed a credit card slip which clearly states we have no refunds and she initialed her understanding of our no refund policy on the back of her agreement. June 2, she came in for her scheduled photo/video shoot so she could be
up and running on the Mile High Singles website. She completed her profile with *** ***, her personal representative*** *** selected men for her as a recommendation and she was interested in them*** *** then made phone calls on her behalf, recommending her to the men she was interested inDuring her membership, she was also selected by two men who are anxious to meet herShe has most assuredly utilized the service she purchased and we are happy to continue to offer our dedication and assistance to her should she decide to continueAs she was made aware at the time she joined, we have no refunds or cancellations of our membershipsJune 3, she selected a member and was selected by a member

I liked Ms*** very much in our interview and hold no ill will toward her and would sincerely LOVE the opportunity to prove the value of what we do bestShe is ALWAYS welcome in our Membership!

No, I never said the day right of recision period did not apply to Mile High Singles because it is a Membership - in the state of Colorado, the day right of recision ONLY applies to BUYERS CLUBsA buyers club is a club that uses the power of group buying to get lower rates on productsWe are not a buyers clubThis is another case of words that have been twisted to accommodate a woman who willingily while under NO PRESSURE (and she is fully aware of that), signed a binding agreement, that was made abundantly clear to her at the time she joined, she initaled her understanding of our no refund policy and is upset that we are holding her to her agreementShe asked if she could think about it and I SAID YESShe then said, "I might as well just do it now"Those were her words and she knows thatI understand someone having cold feet, but to lie afterwards at the expense of my personal integrity is unaccptable to meShe is not entitled to a refund of any kindWe will not be blackmailed by someone who is misrepresenting the circumstancesShe disputed the charge with her credit card company and after investigation, her credit card company agreed that she owes the money and it was clear to her at the time she joinedHad she been honest from the beginning and said she was scared it might have been a different story, but when she is going to make personal attacks when she knows full well that I told her she could think about it, I take issue with it

*** *** felt that I should get my money back because through their research they found that in the state of *** I had a three day buyer remorse*** *** could not get Mile High Singles to agree to give back the money and as they said, "They are not lawyers." A reputable compay would not steal money out of desperation of a sale
I have names and phone numbers of *** *** representatives that can verify that I tried to cancel within nineteen hours after signing the contract

I am rejecting this response because: there was not compromise at all. I have tried to work with the company but I was not satisfied with the end results. I have seen on your website that they have canceled someone account as well as refunded them their money. I have looked back over the contract that they said the no refund was very visually but they have it hidden and they not once went over that part of the contract. I am willing to compromise with the amount that they will refund me but I want out of the contract and most of my money returned. I would like to work something out and I feel they are not working with me at all.

Tell us why here...This consumer joined Mile High Singles on February 6, We have an outstanding customer service record and are more than happy to speak to any individual about anything at all Although as a dating service, we may never have 100% success with every member, 100% success
with every member is exactly what we strive for every day. On May 31, *** asked to be inactive for the summer. On October 4, *** called to speak to me. I took the call and let him know that of course we as a staff would assist him with his membership. *** went back active and our membership adviser made suggestions based mostly on outdoor interests they shareIn addition to the membership adviser made a call to each one the members that he selected and encourage them to check him out and to respond with a yes It has been made clear to this member that our credit card slips states at the bottom where the consumer signs there are no refunds. On the backside of the agreement consumers sign with the understanding that there are no refunds or cancellations, and they initial the understanding of that policyThe Mile High Singles staff would love to continue to assist this member with the duration of his membership; we believe in the magic of love for all our members

No one would ever tell someone that they can't leave an establishment whenever they like and no one did that here. She also states that the rep left the room and she still didn't take the opportunity to leave at that point? If you don't want to purchase something, you don't. You don't just give someone your credit card and sign the credit card slip, read over an extensive contract, initial the no refund policy and then wait 2 days before saying anything. Her statements defy logic. She was never under any duress. We do not have refunds of any kind and she was made abundantly aware of that fact when she decided to join. The program she purchased is available to her whenever she decides to utilize it. Her choice to utilize it or not, is exactly that. Her choice. If she decides to utilize it, we are very happy to assist her in every way to help ensure the success of her program with us, which is why she decided to purchase it in the first place. There is no where she can get the same service, let alone for "way less".

Tell us why here...This member joined Mile High Singles on November 11, 2017.  The program she selected was for three years which gives the consumer the opportunity to explore options and to help members to not feel overwhelmed with the dating process if it moves too fast or the results are...

slightly slower than anticipated by the member.  She signed a Membership Agreement and initialed her understanding of our “no refund policy” on the back of the Membership Agreement.  She also signed a credit card receipt that clearly states, “no refund.”  We are more than happy and eager to offer assistance to the member through out the duration of her membership. It is our pleasure and goal to provide outstanding service to each member to achieve their goal of companionship. From the time this member joined Mile High Singles through the end of December as referenced, we hosted six events: Speeding Dating -11/17, Ages 45-55, Thanksgiving Volunteer Handout – 11/23, All Ages, Member Strategy Workshop – 11/30, All Ages, [redacted] VIP Experience -12/2, All Ages, Speed Dating – 12/15, Ages 50-60, Relationship Workshop – 12/21, All Ages.Due to circumstances beyond the centers control in preparation for the launch of our new Members Website, the site did experience a temporary period of inaccessibility for a duration of approximately 2 weeks. We kept our members notified through the process as we were provided access information to the new site. We were and continue to be elated for our members ability to use our new site. We are very happy to report that the majority of our members were understanding and also continue to be so, and further have expressed that they have been pleased with our new optimized site.Per the agreement this member has been able to access to our data base and has had a connection she referred to resulting in a coffee meeting. After fully investigating the claim that the member she met with for coffee had inaccurate information and misrepresentation with-in his profile.
