We provide all customers with a 1/year warranty on their home This warranty covers certain items up to years, and most items within the first year The house owned by the customer in question was built in 2012, and this particular item is no longer covered under their warranty We have communicated to the customer that the warranty for items such as these expired in 2013, and that any issues that arise must be worked out with the community’s HOA The HOA should have responsibility for the relatively minor item that is causing issues for the customer and and should repair those items

We regret to hear that we have a customer who is not happy with his experienceIn this case, the customer agreed to the cancellation last week and our policy is that returned checks take 30-days to processWe will let Mr*** know when his check has been prepared for delivery

We are dismayed to hear that our customer is not pleased with the quality of his homeWe are investigating this matter to see where the breakdown occurredOnce we have more information we will respond directly to the customer

We are in communication with the customer and have made arrangements to investigate the problem. At no point did Milestone refuse to send someone to evaluate the complaint. We understand the customer's concern and appreciate the opportunity to determine what caused these issues.

We provide all customers with a 1/10 year warranty on their home.  This warranty covers certain items up to 10 years, and most items within the first year.  The house owned by the customer in question was built in 2012, and this particular item is no longer covered under their warranty....

We are in communication with the customer to find a resolution to this issue.

We are troubled to hear that Mr. [redacted] has had a negative experience with Milestone. We strive for excellence in customer service and take any potential shortcomings very seriously. We are investigating Mr. [redacted]'s list of claims and will respond when a conclusion has been made.

Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution satisfactory to me but this will not be resolved until my foundation is fixed and also once the damage caused because of the foundation problem is fixed as well (i.e. including but not limited to cracked tiles, wall and ceiling cracks etc.)
