We have been in the communication with the customer and have clarified the situation. A check is in process that should resolve the matter.

We are disappointed to hear that [redacted] is displeased with our customer service. Our records show that since [redacted] moved into her home, we have consistently responded to warranty requests in a timely manner, and completed our work. We are currently in communication with [redacted]...

[redacted] to find a resolution to the flooring issues she is experiencing. On Friday, March 20th, we are meeting with the flooring company (Shaw Manufacturing) and [redacted] to examine the floors. At that time, we will assess the issue and determine a fair and appropriate course of action.

There has been communication with Mr. [redacted] and the issue is being worked out. We hope that the agreed-upon resolution brings the issue to a satisfactory conclusion.
