Review: I went to Milestonz to take up an offer I recieved $30 a month on a $300 item. I didn't plan on spending more than $30 a month.I had a sales man who fed me this line about my line of credit should be at least $3000 due to my age, credit history etc.I picked out a necklace with pendant for $400. I also picked a ring that was priced at $2000. My payments were going to be $160 way more than what I wanted to pay. I was ensured I was getting good quality jewelry. I didnt leave the store with my jewelry it took over 3 weeks before everything was ready. A week after I recieved the items I started receiving calls regarding my payment. I didnt have my items a full month but they wanted a 160 payment. In the mean time I was excited about my purchase so I wanted to add my expensive jewels onto my renters insurance. I get the jewelry appraised and find out the ring Im being charged $2000 for is worth no more than $25 in real life.I spoke to a salesman at Milestonz and vented my fustration. Why was I taken advantage of? Why would you sell customers jewelry that isnt real but never disclose that?I felt scammed. I work too hard for my money to just give it away.I am basically being charged for Milestonz to report to all 3 credit agencies and the jewelry is just a cover. I made one of the worst decisions of my life by doing business with this company. They called me over 10 times a day. Even after I told them I wasn't paying for fake jewelry. They contact your job mulitiple times a day. They are rip off artists. If I had been given $2000 worth of jewelry I would of had no issues. I have issue with compaines who try to get over on hard working people.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the fake items back to milestonz and I want my contract voided and no longer want to do business with them.

Review: Bought a 3 ring wedding set. Dealer told wife and Ithey were platinum . We hurried because we were getting married in a few days. Signed the contract and everything and got 3 different receipts with three Different descriptions!!! One said 10 k white gold theOther silver and another said one set was 10 k and" garble"!!! Took the rings to get appraised because They have lost their shine very fast and was told theyWere cheap silver and were worth about 20 percent if That of what we paid!!!!!Desired Settlement: Give us at least 10kt white gold 3 ring set Of what the receipts said or reimburse us The difference of what we paid minus whatThey are worth.

RE: ID [redacted] Acc# [redacted] Dear [redacted], Upon receipt of the complaint launched in reference to [redacted] purchase, I took immediate action and contacted Mr. [redacted] to assure him that customer satisfaction is #1 with us here at Milestonz Jewelers. We have had multiple conversation on the phone leading up to Mr. [redacted]’s visit. I have cleared up the main concern Mr. [redacted] had on all three items he purchased for a total of $900 before taxes and warranty. Mr. [redacted] acknowledged that his items purchased are in fact a combination of 1 item being Gold and the remaining 2 items are in Silver. This information was exact to what Mr. [redacted] purchased. The comment made to the merchandise not being as what was listed on the contract was found to be incorrect on his part. There was no foul play on Milestonz part. I have offered to even exchange Mr. [redacted]’s 3 items for 1 item priced at $1400. Milestonz’s will pay for the alteration charges as well. Mr. [redacted] acknowledges that Milestonz Jewelers does not offer a refund policy. We have made notations on Mr. [redacted]’s account that if he decides to accept our generous offer, He has a 90 day window to do so. Sincerely, [redacted] General Manager

I am rejecting this response because:we were only contacted once!! All the receipts are different!! The deal offered today was for 900 dollar credit exchange for 2 rings for my wife! I had agreed to satisfy my wife and give up my ring. I left the store and she came out later saying [redacted] ( manager) showed her smaller rings but supposedly better and from 1400 to 2000 before trade in. We are not satisfied and since 900 trade in was given, why not just take the rings and give us 900???? Well my wife said [redacted] said no refunds because he can't resale the rings??? Why give us the trade in ?????? We will take 800 or even 700 for the rings!!! If not there is no other resolve even if we get stuck with these rings!!!!!!! This is actually one of the biggest regrets with a business in my life!!! The dishonesty, the lying on the receipts and the slick talking sales person was like none other!!! And it's by design from the top to the bottom as I learned today !!!!!

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] just informed my wife that the case was dropped in their favor. Then he went on to say come in for an upgrade to 2000 worth of rings. She had seen those before from the 1st visit in which she said the rings were smaller than the ones she had! There is too much dishonesty from [redacted] and sowe are gonna take the loss on these rings and just leave our complaint in public record for good!!!
