I've got a lot of discrepancies with the amount that I owe in back rent I am all paid up and was put in the process of eviction for nothing my problem is still not solved I have different amounts that I owe and need to resolve this situation property manager has never resolved none of these issues that I have brought forth to her. There are case managers in the building that I stay at and they also have information confidential emails that I cannot obtain but I know you can on this situation
I am the HR Administrator and am responding with the notes from the Property Manager from the property that *** resided in. Here is what the manager responded with:
We have had multiple meetings with her case manager as she has not been communicating with us. She was an employee of our maintenance company for a short time and at her time of discharge, she chose to not have any further conversations with the manager or the staff. So we have only been speaking through her case manager. We have always communicated Via case management per her request as well in writing and we have emails and letter and a signed arrangement by her dated 12.16.2019 as well as another 9.27.19 another July 12 2019 again signed by her and another letter with her agreeing to pay 11.19.2018 this has been ongoing as of 8.2018 before us. The final arrangement, which she failed to honor, required me to issue her a NTQ. This means she would be put on a court stipulation as she continues to fail to keep payment plans she placed with us. In addition, she is on ***, and as such, she must report any changes in income, which she also failed to do. Due to this, she has debated what she owes. There is nothing to debate. We are told by ***, what her portion is, and we change her rates based on that. We cannot change rents based on what a tenant tells us, it comes right from ***. So she has to inform them of income changes, so they can go through their process, and advise us of any rent changes. She has failed to follow that process. All communication we have is also via email with her case manager.

I am rejecting this response because: in the month of July 2019 I received two different reports from property manager that I owned two different amounts, I spoke to Vivian *** on 7/24/19 about it she was going to figure out which amount was correct and which on was incorrect. I also was charge a $10 finance charge and aproperty manager was suppose to take that off, I don't see the correction on my invoice. I was also charge a $50 fee for failure to comply which my case manager told me that the fee was suppose to be taking off but is still showing on my paperwork. Also I was
charge with a few late fees an my rent was paid on time.I was suppose to get a new payment agreement before August 1,19 but never received a new one. I also sent letters to property manager about myself switching jobs an was making payments towards my rent. I've got proof of what I'm talking about and there's so much more to add to my complaint about the property manager here where I stay at. It would be greatly appreciated if I can get someone from the Revdex.com to come and meet with me I can show someone the letters and my statements. Also property manager put me in the process of eviction and I wasn't able to speak to the judge cause she Withdrawal the case. I was going to show the judge all of the Discrepancies that I have within my paperwork. I'm looking forward to meeting with someone with the Revdex.com
