this customer is rude in my storeshe replace the lcd on her phone expecting to get a whole new phone All of our repair work done we have a days warranty, this customer comes in with a problem that is 1/month ago and I still try to help her out, but no she demand on a refund when her
problem is longer then our warranty policy

*** *** have come to my store and ask for a samsung mega and we told her we don't have it, but we do have other newer samsung model in stock and she say she don't have enough funds to get it So I ofter her a financing plan which she can make monthly payment to pay for the phone,
and she show interest in it and I ask for her SSN to get her qualify for the payment plan and the only way to get someone qualify on a payment plan is with a valid SSN And she say she don't want to go with that route so I came up with another method of having her to put a $deposit down so we can order her the phone and paying the reminder payment plus tax upon the phone arriveshe say she will think about it and leave, after an hour later she came back with the purchase decision and want to do itso I have told her the total price of the phone is $+ tax and we both agree and we fill out a service order form before she make the deposit payment as we both agree on the deal when phone arrive I have call her told her the phone is here you need to bring $+ tax on the phone on pickup and she came in pick up the phone and refuse to pay for the tax that I have to correct for the city of auroraso I gave her an ofter not to take the phone and I will refund her the deposit she put down, and she did not take the ofteri have attach a copy of the service order form we both fill out before the deposit payment was made.* other customer was complaining in my store - I don't recall that in my memory and will need more proof and plus is not part of this case.* didn't know how to activate *** - I have told her I don't do *** service in my store but I can get her a *** compatible phone
