On 7-9-
we submitted an insurance claim for *** *** regarding a concern he had
about service we preformed on his vehicleWe installed tires and did an oil
change on his jeep wrangler with milesWhen the customer was going to
leave, he started his
car and noticed a knocking noise he claimed was never
there before coming from the engine*** Spoke to ** *** (Assistant Manager)
and we collected all of ***
information to submit a claimWe had faxed all the information over to our
insurance company that same dayWe communicate with the customer that it
generally takes 24-hours for our insurance company to reach out to the
customer
On 7-16-
I called *** *** our insurance agent to follow up on *** claim
*** informed me that she has tried to reach out to *** several
times to obtain a statement from him.
*** has been working out of her office and has to use a special phone
combination that reads as a blocked number*** phone does not accept
blocked numbers*** had no other way to contact him besides his address
*** sent a letter to ***

postal mailI told *** that I would reach out to the customer and see if
there is another contact number he can be reached at
I talked to ***
at 2:40pm 7-16-via telephone*** gave me
another number that he can be reached atI passed that along to *** Cook
and at 3:02pm she had

and is in the process of handling his claim

I have emailed this customer to address their concerns and will be mailing them a gift card.

I would first like to apologize for the inconvenience that you encounter at our Sturtevant location.  In talking to my Store Manager, [redacted]. we are both in agreeance that we are willing to refund you $120.00 per tire for a total refund of $480.00 plus tax.  We feel this is a fair offer to...

take back the 4 tires that you purchased 2 years ago with just under 19,000 miles on them, for $146.99 per tire at that time.  If you wish to purchase a new set of tires from our store we can take care of the refund at the time of installation.  If you wish to purchase the tires elsewhere, we need the 4 tires back prior to issuing the refund for $480.00. If you would like to email me back or call the Sturtevant store and speak to [redacted]. the Store Manager at (262-886-2757), and let us know what would work best for you. Ms. [redacted]Unfortunately the picture attached will not open, and we are stand behind our offer of the refund for $120.00 per tire and a total refund of $480.00  plus tax. While I am still very unhappy with the service provided that caused the initial complaint, and stand by my statements, I appreciate the apology offered by the Farm and Fleet Service Manager and the gift card compensation to help assuage my frustrations.

Tell us why here... 
On Feb. 25, 2016 Ms. [redacted] Return to the Baraboo Farm and Fleet to have her brakes rechecked. We  did not notice any grinding noise as the customer had noted on the work order. However he did notice a slight shimmy in the steering wheel after the brakes got warmed up....

We notified the customer that we could not hear a grinding noise and she stated that it was only in the morning for the first couple of stops and then it goes away. This is usually caused by a small build up of rust that forms from sitting outside over night. We explained that although the pads were good on the front the rotors were warped. We then replaced the pads and rotors in the front. The customers were very happy and were understanding of the problem. 
We apologize for the return visit Ms [redacted] had.   The brakes are in good working order.   Please advise if the brake noise is gone.

Please verify the reimbursement amount of $412.64.  If this is correct I will mail a check to your address.  Thanks  [redacted]

[redacted]had a heart attack on Sunday nite and recovering.  Tried contacting like yesterday but when I called I was told he was no longer there. Called at 4 pm.

his order was placed on Amazon.com not through Blain's Farm and Fleet.  If the customer had placed the order on our site they would have seen that the return instructions clearly state that they cannot return the used generator.  As a one time offer, I did send out a new generator to the...

customer and explained to the reseller that I could not do this again as it is not our policy. I have also made our return guidelines clear to the reseller to ensure this did not happen again.

[redacted]Not completely happy with the way my van is after having the brakes done. Also not happy that I was told  my front brakes were perfect and infact they were not. I was told they were not safe when I took  my van back a second time to have it looked at. The manager on 2-8-16 claimed he looked at them an they were in perfect working order.. Was told second time I took it in that they were never even checked. Not happy being lied to and then I found out my kids were in an unsafe van because I was lied to.

On 9/22/17 the customer reported the generator he had ordered was delivered damaged.  I replied to him on 9/25/17 inquiring about the damage. At that time we asked for additional information and asked if a discount was appropriate.  He wanted me to send a prepaid shipping label, which we...

could not do due to the size of the item.  I was able to create a pickup notification and asked him to schedule a truck shipment appointment to pick up the item with the trucking companies information provided. Once the shipment started tracking back to me I could send a new one out at no charge.  He replied back saying it would be no problem to make the appointment but he would prefer a refund vs a replacement.  Once we receive the item back to our returns department a full refund, including original shipping charges, will be credited to the customers original form of payment.
