Hello All,

Review: I placed an order through Crowdcut.com for advanced cell skincare antiaging face cream . There were 2 vouchers : 2 jars for $20. $40 was charged to my AMEX card on 17 July and I never received my order . Numerous calls to Million Dollar Smile got me an answering machine each time and no response . I want them to credit my account for $40, I don't want their merchandise ! I also want others to know that Million Dollar Smile is not a reputable company to do business with .Desired Settlement: I want a $40 refund to my AMEX card .

Hi,

Review: I purchased an online teeth whitening deal from milliondollar-smile.com. The ad says that the 'promotional value' expires June 15. I made my purchase in March. I've called the site on several occasions to inquire if they have all information needed to process the site. They have told me, on various calls that: 1) everything is complete and my 'deal' is being processed by another department; 2) that my information was incomplete but now(with this current call) that they've completed my information and 3) that my order is being finished-up by another department. When I ask to speak to the other department--I'm declined. The fellow I talk to at the toll free number of the company says his name is [redacted] but he has a heavy Indian accent. I am 69 and feel like I'm being taken advantage of--is this one of the age-related scams we hear so much about?Desired Settlement: I'd request a refund-it is apparent from my requests for 'deal' fulfillment that this company is not acting in good faith. Send me $29.00thank you[redacted]

I just received my "sonic on the go" toothbrushes from this company ( they come in 2's) One works, one does not. The packaging has no contact info and the phone number with the Revdex.com is out of service. The product is junk, don't waste your money!

Review: I did not receive part of my order. I have sent two e-mails June 11 & 16. No response. I called and left a message June 23.Desired Settlement: At this point I don't trust that the product will even work. My first choice is a refund instead of receiving the missing part of my order.

Review: ncrowd.com advertised online for 2 sonic On-the-Go Toothbrushes with free shipping for $18. Yesterday I received a package from Milllion Dollar Smile LLC in Chula Vista that contained one Sonic on the Go box. In the box were two units that were not the product advertised. They were no name units that looked nothing like the product I purchased. To make matters worse one of them did not even work when I put a battery in it. The normal price for the Sonic on the Go is $39 according to their web site so I guess I never was going to get two of the real product for $18. It's insulting that they only sent me the box for this product and then substituted the inferior items inside it.Desired Settlement: If I have a choice I would love the product that was advertised. If that's not possible then refund me my $18.

Hello Consumer,

Review: On Nov. 27, 2013 an online order was placed for 5 Smiley White Pens. My credit card was charged for $25, and a confirmation email was received. On December 12, 2013 a package was received with only 1 of the 5 pens. On December 13, 2013 the first email was sent requesting the remaining 4 pens to be delivered. Since then, I have sent numerous emails requesting the products to be sent. Each time I receive an email stating the order is being filled and will be promptly delivered. I have not received the product to-date.Desired Settlement: I want the products I ordered to be sent to me.

Warm Regards,

Review: I bought 3 Smiley White Teeth Whitening Pens from Million Dollar Smile on Nov. 29, 2013 from Dealsaver.com, a company sponsored by the [redacted] Statesman newspaper, which lead me to believe it was reputable. I had hoped they would arrive by Christmas as they said "2-3 weeks delivery". I had not received them, so I went to their website and wrote a note in the "contact us" section. I also called their number which only allowed me to leave a call back number. I have heard NOTHING from them nor have I received my products. I have called and written almost daily since then. NOTHING! No answer, no call back, no email, no merchandise!! I'm very disappointed and dismayed. I have also written to Dealsaver.com with no response.I'm wondering about both of these businesses and wonder if anyone else has had a problem with them.HELP!Desired Settlement: I would probably like a refund at this point.

Please view below email thread. Customer has been reimbursed 100% Thank you.

Review: I purchased a voucher through groupon for $75 for a 45-minute In-office teeth-whitening treatment and a take-home maintenance pen. First of all I made my appointment and she tries to upsale me on longer time and stronger product the first 5 minutes I'm there. When I actually start my appointment the lady had me sitting in the corner of the room in a chair, basically ignoring me the whole time, while she had another client who she was fully engaged with, applying fake lashes. She was sloppy to apply the gel, I don't know if she even knew what she was doing, got it all over my gums and lips. It burned my gums the whole time and I was salivating all over myself that the bib she gave me, she didn't even attend to me, and all I wanted was for it to be over. I noticed one shade difference from the before/after but it was not worth it because I had a completely burned mouth, gums, lips, and teeth sensitivity for the rest of the week. It was completely unprofessional, appeared untrained, sloppy service and operation.Desired Settlement: Refund amount spent.
