Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They did not finish the repair and are also saying they are not responsible for the gutter near my kitchen window which is still leakingI remember standing in my driveway talking to neighbor when they was fixing the roof and my neighbor saying to me, " Are they going to replace all your gutters they knocked out of place." I said, "Yes" because I thought this was a company that fixes things that they damageHow can someone who wasn't even on the job inspecting their workers job tell me that's not a damage they causedIf they knocked it out of place and had it hanging off the side of my houseHow isn't a damage they caused? This contractor was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, organized, and pleasant He met with me to understand what work needed to be done and looked over the site He provided an estimate and after the contract was signed and down payment made, he followed through on everything agreed to He gave us a fair price and there were no surprises, we paid what was agreed upon The work was completed efficiently, they workers arrived on time, when they said they would, and the follow up after the job was completed was great I recommended them to my neighbor, who also used their services I would definitely use them again

We just had a new roof and gutters put on our home and we are very pleased with the results Crew was very good, showed up on time and did a great job Would definitely recommend

We replaced [redacted] roof months ago as she stated, we were contracted by [redacted] *o install this roof, and that we were to reuse the existing skylightsthat being said we were notified of the leaking as statedi personally(the owner) went out to see what was going on with the area of the roof that was damagedwhen I went out to her home on Oct31st I looked at all the flashings to ensure that everything was installed properly, after inspecting and seeing that they were intact I started to inspect the condition of the skylight itself noticing that the gaskets around the glass were dryrotted , damaged, as well as generally not in the best conditionI sealed temporarily around the gasket where the glass and the skylight meet, informing [redacted] *hat this was a temporary repair and that this would be the first step in seeing if it is infact the skylight that is damaged or the roof itself Also I left [redacted] my direct contact information and asked her to please call me directly with any issues or if the skylight leaked during the next rainstorm The next rainstorm we did not hear from this customer until Nov14th in which she stated it is leaking and asking why we havent come backWe setup a time with [redacted] *o go to her house on the 16th of Nov with [redacted] *nd ourselvesupon our inspection and removal of solar panel we decided that we should install a rain diverter at the top of the skylight to divert the rain around the skylight so it would not pool around the flat area of the skylightafter installing this diverter and reinstalling the solar panel we did a water test on the skylight and the roof around itWhen spraying water on the roof all the way around the skylight we saw no leakingwhen spraying water directly on the glass and frame of the skylight we immediately saw leaking , which shows that it is not the roof or flashing that is failing it is infact the skylight that we were not contracted to install that is the problemI was told by [redacted] that they would inform the customer of our findings and we would go from there When I received this email this morning this was the first time I had heard anything further from [redacted] She did not make any effort to reach out to me to resolve this before contacting the Revdex.comImmediately upon seeing this complaint I have put in a phone call to [redacted] *o resolve this issue It is our intent at Millstream Construction to make sure that [redacted] is satisfied and we come to a mutual agreement as to what would be a reasonable solution Thanks, [redacted] Millstream Construction

Revdex.com: ***, the owner of Millstream, has offer to replace the skylight with one that is inches bigger than the current one; which is not suitable to meBut I feel confident that he will assist my carpenter and I in resolving this matter furtherI also was never informed of what was done on the 16th by either company which prompted the complaintI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that their assistance to resolve this matter is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We just had our doneVery professionalThe job was not quite finished and they came on Memorial Day to finish itThe roof and dormers look beautifulI would definitely recommend this contractor

In regards to the appointment being rescheduled we were having issues with our software causing all kinds of problems on our end not knowing where to be and when to be there because everything got mixed upas far as rescheduling when we already had an appointment it
was due to rainwhen it rains it is unsafe to get on to roofs and do inspections so work can be scheduledthat being said I would rather have safe employees and reschedule an appointment then risk anyones safety. As far as the gutters and canopy is concerned we were never once contacted by the homeowner regarding any issues after the job was completedupon speaking with the homeowner after receiving this complaint they had been trying to speak with the General contractor who hired us to do the job who had never communicated to us that there were any problemsthat being said within minutes of receiving this complaint we were on the phone with the homeowner to address any issueswe scheduled any appointment to come out to repair the issues today 12/28/and the repairs were made as well as repairs that were definately not things that we damaged but were fixed at no charge. after fixing these things the homeowner did not say there was any further issues and we resolved this problem within hours of finding out about it as we would have if the Homeowner had contacted us instead of the General Contractor

We have used Millstream Construction twice and each time they have done a superb job They were there when they said they were going to be there and finished on schedule In passing we mentioned that we thought that there were birds getting into the attic in one of the houses and they went the extra mile and checked the attic for us - I was impressed with that Very friendly and politeMost definitely I would recommend this company

I recently had my roof replaced by Millstream LLC and I was very happy with the resultsChris and his team were very professional through every step of the process and got the job done in a timely mannerChris came out and personally oversaw a large portion of the job which really impressed me and I have to say my yard was cleaner when they finished then when they started The crew that did the roof not only did an amazing job but went above and beyondOne member of the team came down from the roof to help me repair my grill when a panel on it fell off I would highly recommend Millstream to anyone who needs roof work done Thank You!

Our roof was recently repaired; the shingles and some decking replaced by Millstream Construction in preparation for solar panel installation and the quality of their work in our opinion could best be summarized as being exceptionally goodIn fact a rotted facia on the side of the roof was also replaced and even REPAINTED for no additional charge, which to us speak volumes of how eager they are to please us with their workAnd upon completion of the project they diligently walked around the yard to ensure it was left as cleaned as they found it, which only reinforced in our mind that the company (Solar City) who contracted them, made the right choiceWE are one very happy customer and would without any hesitation recommend Millstream Construction to anyone contemplating on having their roofs worked onThank you for reading this*** * *** *** *** ***
