I signed up for an on-line workshop but could not attend the first of eight due to work and did not get any more notices of the next seven workshops. I requested a full refund at least three times prior to the 3o day deadline (I did not write the dates down) but never got a response. I finally replied to an email from Mindvalley about something unrelated with a complaint that I had not received a refund and initially got an email to contact Mindvalley through their refund process which I did again but again with no response. I eventually got an email from an employee named Navid who wrote that there was no record of my refund request and eventually he offered one of three other courses which I was not interested. I think there is a flaw in the process of making a complaint because I know I made three prior to the thirty day deadline.
Mindvalley is very sorry for this misunderstanding. We do have a Contact Form and also the option to contact us directly at [email protected].
As Navid said, we have no records of a Refund Request coming from ***, however, it might have gotten lost or never reached us if there was a communication error within our contact form systems.
I would be happy to offer a full refund to ***. Unfortunately, the refund cannot be sent to the credit card used in the original purchase anymore, because of the amount of time that has passed since the transaction was first processed. We can definitely send the funds to her PayPal account, or a PayPal account that she can provide us and that she trusts.
This would be done as a manual PayPal transaction and done directly from our Financial Department (15 business days time frame) and *** would have to accept the transaction on her PayPal side, as if we were processing a payment to her.
If this sounds like a good option, please let me know and I'll take care of it as soon as possible.
