I am rejecting this response because: This is factually untrue...I have not been offered anything from them to settle this problem permanently and I have sent off 3 emails to them recently to resolve the problem only to be ignored again like in the past...the area in question that I was aware of in a picture taken far away was one of the costliest to fix because from far away they called it a blemish that could not be seen in the picture... High mileage vehicles doesn`t mean they are wrecks which they called this car stunning and straight in their ad but it was the opposite when I received it..  I do not expect this to get resolved from this dealership even though they finally admitted in emails on the online website that I bought this car from that they were at fault and wanted to make it right only because of a company they hired to settle this dispute and they ruled in my favor against this dealership and I haven`t heard from them since I have sent them 3 emails recently for this to get resolved and if it does I will inform the Revdex.com...

The buyer purchased a 2007 [redacted] Upon visual inspection he offered me far less than asking price. His reasoning was that he felt that since the vehicle had a repossession in its history that he was concerned about it needing work and or maintenance. I agreed to the lower price...

and at that time also offered a service contract to him. The car was purchased as is from me, with the addition of a 3rd party service contract which is done under a separate contract. The contract states that the warranty company has the right the deny coverage or the contract in its entirety at its discretion. Through no fault of our own they did just that. The buyer immediately brought the car to [redacted] and had them go over everything that it needed. He already tried using [redacted] as a tool to get a refund and their 3rd party mediators made it clear to him that there were no grounds for it. This was based on the fact that the items [redacted] quoted him on were all maintenance issues and/or wear and tear, which were the grounds on which he had the price reduced. It is not fair that he negotiated an 7000 dollar price drop (%25 off) only to then try and get more money out of me. I have all documentation to support the statements I have made. Futhermore, I had offered to [redacted] to address a few of his concerns as a courtesy at my location. He never responded or scheduled an appointment to bring the car in. Miracle Autosport is guilty of nothing here, [redacted] made a just from a 1997 Toyota Camry to a 2007 [redacted] and I believe he is suffering from buyers remorse for what may have been a poor decision. I appreciate your help in settling this matter.Sent on: 12/9/2014 12:26:33 PM

Our warranty company had given us the ok on this prior to even quoting the customer. After the warranty was submitted they said they never approved it. After that, the owner of the company apologized and said that he did and it was just a misunderstanding so we were to resubmit as per him and our...

sales rep. We did so and then were told it may not be approved again. We have no formal letter from [redacted] warranty stating it was declined at this time which means we are responsible to write a check to them for it. I have absolutely no issue refunding the money for this if the coverage is not intact but this is not my fault, it is the warranty company giving me what appears to be false information. I will have the warranty company contact him directly and if there is no resolution I will gladly refund his money.[redacted]

The buyer purchased a lifted, modified diesel [redacted] excursion with 250k miles on it. He sent a friend to pick it up and drive it back to his home state over 500 miles away. We didn't hear anything from [redacted] until a while after he arrived home. This is a truck was sold as is and that paperwork...

can be provided if needed. We can't predict what will happen to a vehicle at that mileage (or any mileage for that matter) but the fact that nothing was mentioned on the ride home and that a 3rd party was involved in the transport leaves us at a loss for how to handle the situation. The truck was intact and in fine running condition upon leaving our lot, no notations were given by the driver as to its mechanical or cosmetic condition. We have been working with the buyer to come to a resolution. I currently have an offer to split his repair costs since a large part of them were an item he stated he was aware of already and also there is obviously wear and tear on a 100k mile plus vehicle. I will respond in full once we have come...

to a conclusion in our negotiation. Thank you for your time.

We have worked to a settlement and are taking the vehicle back. The buyer has agreed to update you about this once the process is complete.[redacted]

Mr [redacted] did not purchase a vehicle directly from us. He purchased from a finance company who we wholesaled this truck to. However, we have still attempted to help Mr. [redacted] far more than was required. We sent a check to him to cover the issue he had on his way home which was just a coolant hose...

the cracked (piece of plastic on a old truck with 100k miles on it, these things can happen). There was a delay on the title because of a cl[redacted]al error but as a courtesy we made his first month car payment because of this delay. He was planning on using this truck to do heavy hauling for commercial use, we hadn't heard from him for quire some time and then he called saying the engine was having issues and could we help him. This was far beyond the 30 day engine/trans warranty he was given and we had already helped him with issues as a courtesy even though they were not covered under warranty. The truck was not a lemon, it was a used vehicle with over 100k miles on it. Mr. [redacted] cashed our checks and acknowledged they were a courtesy and we had no further liability toward this vehicle. I would need to dig up these cashed checks which would take me some time but if needed I will do this at your request. [redacted]

I bought a 2000 corvette from miracle auto sport. Was told it was in excellent condition and did not need anything. Upon taking it in for state inspection. Found extensive undercarriage damage was told by garage this car went over a stone wall.he put on lift so I could see all the damage under car it actually broke the engine cradle witch I had to replace st a cost of $3000 as well as bent wheels.also wipers, horn did not work.

Review: $6,500 was given for a car I never received. Car dealership VISION CUSTOM CAR & STEREODesired Settlement: GET MY MONEY BACK

Review: Vision Custom Cars [###-###-#### [redacted]] located at [redacted] Trenton, NJ 08619 advertised a 2007 Cadillac Escalade for sale which we bought. The owner [redacted], said the car was in excellent condition, clean and when we asked, he said the vehicle had a clean Carfax and it had not been in any accidents. We refused the car upon transport arrival, because we witnessed undisclosed extensive damage as listed below:

1. Car has been in two accidents.

2. Navigation does not work.

3. Front driver bumper lose.

4. Window tape left behind indicating accident damage repair.

5. White paint over spray on passenger rear view mirror and front passenger window indicating accident damage repair.

6. Vision Car owner ([redacted]) said, "I'm unaware of any accident." when we called him after seeing the vehicle. He said he

looked at the Car fax and it showed no accidents. We paid to have a Car fax report after refusing the vehicle on

Monday night and it showed two accidents. When confronted on Tuesday, the owner, [redacted] said "I never said it

wasn't in an accident."

7. Driver side lower panel near rear loose.

8. Rear bumper damage.

9. Hub cap missing on passenger rear tire.

10. Wheel well damage.

11. Side panel and running board damage from accident.

12. Carpet not seamed - fraying on the floor in back.

13. Ant infestation.

14. Filthy seat belt on back passenger seat.

15. Broken arm rest back passenger seat.

16. Ripped seat pocket driver back seat.

17. Driver side front bumper detached and loose.

18. Plastic pieces missing and some laying loose on the floor in back.

19. Sharp bolts exposed on floor of back seats because of missing covers.

20. Back driver interior door panel broke and detached.

21. Brakes on vehicle barely worked. [redacted], the transporter informed us

for our safety. He said he was scared and it was dangerous when he

had to drive it for Vision Custom Car to his location to transport.

They refuse to refundDesired Settlement: We wired $20,000 to them in good faith that they were shipping what they had advertised. We refused the vehicle and sent it back with the transporter and would like a full refund of $20,000.

Review: I bought a car advertised on a popular online site from this business 1/3/16 and I emailed and called the owner with question on the condition of the car before I bought it and was told It was 100% mechanical and a straight body with only a small blemish on the bottom of the passenger door and the tires and brakes was good and I would be happy with it. The distance pictures they took made the car look good so I bought it and paid for it within 5 days and had it shipped to me. When I got the car I noticed that it wasn`t as their ad stated or the owner told me. He said they took it in on trade so they had to go over the car before the trade and knew of it`s condition. The rear tires are wore out the car had severe road rash and a big 1"x2" chip of paint out of the hood hand painted over, the windshield has chips and it had numerous small dents and the small blemish was a crushed rocker panel and a big dent on the rear wheel well and a crease and dent hand painted over and scrapes on the passenger side quarter panel, the transport co. even marked the areas before they loaded the car, the car was wrecked and the mileage stated and put on the title as 112k was 116k when I received it, so I contacted the owner and was told to send pictures and see if we can resolve the problem, I did and never heard back from the owner and I was told by the online service complaint dept. that he placed the ad on, that he would not repair or resolve this issue so it will cost me a few thousand more to repair it. They would not send the 20 day temp tag I paid for, I assume they wanted the 30 day warranty to run out before I drove it or copies of the paperwork or the owners manual that was in the pictures I asked for. I have bought vehicles online from honest sellers before and this dealership is not to be trusted because after they received payment they are done with you and will not get back with you when they know that they misled you into buying their wrecked vehicle.Desired Settlement: Pay for the repairs to the car up front to make it like the ad and the owner stated to me.

Review: Purchased vehicle through [redacted] from this business.... they never and stated all problems with vehicle, they agreed on paying shipping cost, I waited a month after sending my money to receive the vehicle and nothing happend I had to arrange a shipping company to pick it up and they did it at a fraction of the cost of what they should have paid.

The day truck was being picked up from jersey they went to start it and it wouldnt, the batterys where junk, they put two different car batterys in it and once winter came (weeks later) truck wouldnt start so I had to buy two new batterys for a diesel truck

Recieved the vehicle and while bringing it home the brakes where locked up, one in front and one in the rear I spent 1000.00 for new brakes and installed them myself. The second day of owning it I was finally able to drive it and when I did I could tell there was shifting issues, I called the dealership I purchased it from and was told get it checked out and send a reciept for the brakes amd whats wrong with the transmission, it took two weeks before a [redacted] dealership could look at it and when they looked at it finally they stated the transmission was bad and needed to be rebuilt, I tried saving them money cause the dealership wanted 3800.00 to rebuild it and I found another shop to do it for 2300.00 had that done and they told me no problem just send all reciepts, christmas eve the truck transmission totally went out. Also I stated other problems the truck had like... it had rust around both wheel wells that was not stated.. rust above the windshield and they claimed there was only ruston the passenger door, a dime size which also wasnt true the wwhole backside of the door is rusted out.. there is only heat on defrost and the rear window and side mirrot defrosters dont work as well.

I called seveDesired Settlement: I told them from the beginning I could live with the rust and heat issues... but I spent 3500.00 for transmission (purchased a aftermarket torque converter had to buy two New batterys for a diesel truck cause they gave me two different used car batterys that wouldnt start it when temperature dropped and that was 550.00 for them and I had to put brakes on the vehicle the day I got it before I could even drive it and that was 1000.00

I had to spend 5500.00 on a truck for repairs on it before I could even drive it and none of these problems where brought to my attention, I would like them to atleast pay for half and that would make me happy but doing further research I am not the first person they did this to.. and I tried settling it through [redacted] and they totally ignored it... so if I dont get half my next step is to lawyer up

Review: I purchased a vehicle on 12/3/2014. Included in the purchase was the cost of a one year warranty ($775.00), which was included in my final payment to Vision Custom Car/[redacted] I received a letter from the Warranty company ([redacted]) indicating that they did not accept the contract and that they had not received payment from Vision Custom Cars. In my last pertinent communication on 1/6/15, I asked them for a resolution or just to refund the cost of the warranty. I received a follow up email from [redacted] stating that it was done and for his coworker ([redacted] to re-submit the paperwork with a note stating 'approved by [redacted] and [redacted]. However to date, I have received no communication that the warranty is in force. I then communicated again to [redacted] who indicated that the warranty company would not send me anything which seems kind of strange, because I have no confirmation that the warranty is in force. I have attempted to contact the warranty company on three (3) different occassions, with each call being told that someone would be in contact with me because the staff was in a meeting. Also, I spoke to [redacted], who indicated that they were still 'discussing' this case, and that she was looking for an answer either way, which contradicts the statement made by [redacted] that the contract was already approved. To date, I have not received a call back from the warranty company. As I indicated to [redacted] in previous emails leading up to this point, since it has been more than 30 days since I purchased the vehicle, I wanted my money back, since this situation does not seem to be able to be resolved. I would just like to have my money back so that I can move forward.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back so that I can pursue an Auto Warranty elsewhere.

Review: I purchased a 2006 [redacted] on January 5, 2016 from this dealership through [redacted] The car was described as being Low Milleage, Very Clean, Everything Works and has a prominate section in the ad touting the great warranty through a company called [redacted] The car arrived 1/11/2016, was shipped to me COD. The first time I drove it, I knew there was a transmission problem. I called and told Eric N[redacted] one of the owners and he told me to take it to a shop to find out what the problem is and mentioned the warranty will cover it. I waited for the title, warranty info and purchase paperwork for about a week then started calling the dealership to see why I haven't received it yet. Was told the state of New Jersey takes awhile to get the title to them. At this point I had to replace the wiper blades which were hanging from the blade, changed the filthy oil and air filters and bought the front engine cover which was missing. Car was advertised as "When we got this car we had it professionally detailed and gave it a basic service"! I didn't drive the car because I knew there were issues. Title arrived 1/28/2016 with no warranty info nor purchase paperwork and UNINSPECTED! I took it to an authorized Mercedes Benz shop to look it over and here's what I got; The car needs a new transmission,Complete valve job, replace right & left front wheel bearings, replace rear main engine seal, reseal rear differential and soem smaller repairs totaling $11,348.96 in order to pass ** state inspection! Informed the owner Eric N[redacted] reported to [redacted] N[redacted] emailed they would pick up the car and refund my money but I haven't heard from since and he won't answer my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I want them to honor their agreement to pick up the car and refund my purchase price.

Review: I purchased the vehicle on December 1, 2013. The deposit was paid on the next day, and the rest of the payment was deposited on Decmber 9, cleared on December 11. The seller told me that he sent the paperwork and warranty documents on December 2nd. On Dec 9th, he said that he was surprised that I did not receive them and he sent it again (!) I still did not receive any paper yet as of December 31st now. When I keep asking when will he ship the vehicle, he says he is waiting for the payment to be cleared, which is not the truth. On December 25th, (14 days after payment clears) I told them that I do not want the car anymore, cancel transaction and send me the money back, and do not ship the vehicle. I opened an eBay claim against the seller. The next day, he sent an eBay message "by the way, the payment has cleared and your car will be shipped soon" like we have not emailed each other the day before and I never asked him about cancelling the deal and pay the money back. I forwarded this information to eBay claim representatives as well. On December 29, the delivery people called me and told me they have the possession of the vehicle and would like to deliver. I told them that it was in a process of cancelling. The delivery person dropped the car off in the parking lot, left the keys inside and left when I was not there. I asked him what if someone else get the car and runs, he mentioned that the car does not work. I figured the battery was dead. I jumped the car, nothing at all, all electric works when I jump but the car wont start at all. Tried multiple batteries bigger sizes too. No luck, the battery is dead but also, the car is completely dead on arrival. I was totally ignored and was not happy with the dealership at all, willing to and in the process of cancelling the deal anyways. The seller was not going to ship the car until the eBay claim anyway. I still do not have the title, warranty and the 20-day temporary tag. Just a car dead on arrival.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund including sale price, shipping, warranty and fees (which were all included in the sale price)

I do not want anything else, just my money back.
