Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]
[redacted] has no confidence in the company or its representatives.  If, after the first few adjustments and extension authorized by Mr. C[redacted], the product was still not working, why wasn't an offer of a different and better model hearing aid offered at that time.  [redacted] feels taken advantage of and mislead throughout the process.  She believes, the salesman KNEW that the hearing aids were not compatible for her and let the time expire without ever telling her that the deadline he made up was approaching.  She will be taking this matter to small claims court as she feels this is the only way to reach a resolution.

These were defective , would not hold adjustments, had to go get them adjusted everyday.  They breached their contract of 30 days.  I...

called them on the 32nd day to ask about my refund and was told "We have a new girl and she failed to turn it in" likely story we had to pay up front 2-3 weeks before aids came in, they should have given a full refund on defective merchandise the day they we returned.  I had paid the credit card before the aids every came in now I out my money for at least 3-6 months before I can use that much credit.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I am waiting $25 refund, then this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Sincerely, **-[redacted]

Debbie said she threw out batteries in error and wanted to replace same for [redacted]. Suggested [redacted] wear aids with working batteries no adjustments made. 01/**/17 picked up new rechargeable batteries and adjusted aids for volume and clarity.02/**/17 wanted to return aids …I told Them this could not be done, past extended returned privilege of 01/ **/17 original return privilege was 45 days from delivery date of 10/**/16 (11/**/16).Ms Debbie H[redacted] became upset along with [redacted] and insisted I take the hearing aids they refused to take them with them. I too became upset and insisted they take the aids with them as I would not be responsible for them they refused and left aids

I spoke with Mr. C[redacted], he agrees that he was making adjustments to the hearing aids for [redacted], but maintains that she did not ask for a refund until she was past the trial deadline. As I explained to [redacted]'s representative, the lab will not credit me for the hearing aids because we are past the time allowed. I offered to do whatever [redacted] would like to resolve this issue but a refund is not possible. She stated [redacted] just wanted to hear better. I explained that I can change models, upgrade the hearing aids, make the adjustments myself, even on a Saturday while the office was closed or in another location if [redacted] did not want to see Mr. C[redacted] again.

I purchased hearing aids from the Reno Miracle ear store in Reno after being told that my insurance would cover nearly half of the purchase price. After delivery of the aids (2nd pair) I was informed that I was provided misinformation and that the balance of the purchase price was due. After paying for the aids, I think it is important that others do not purchase these devices form this firm under the same misinformation.Product_Or_Service: 2 Miracle ear hearing aidsOrder_Number: Customer # [redacted]Account_Number: Invoice [redacted]Desired SettlementI want to complain so that others do not receive the same treatment.Business Response Miracle Ear has received the above referenced complaint, and do apologize for any inconvenience. We have contacted the patient and offered a full refund for the hearing aids. We did contact the patients insurance company on the initial appointment date and was told hearing aid benefits where available. We only told the patient the information we had received for the insurance company. Our patients satisfaction is very important to use, and we apologize for the misunderstanding.
