Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during his allotted trial period, Mrs. [redacted] was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 06/23/14 as explained to her in the terms and conditions for which she agreed to. Her second bottle was automatically shipped and billed out to her 30 days later on 07/23/14. Mrs. [redacted] , contacted our company on 07/29/14 with a request for cancellation. Her account was cancelled as instructed and she was sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the 07/23/14 charge of $87.63 on that same day.

Its easy for a company such as this to say they informed the customer, with the proper number to cancel. If the order was accepted I/we would have received the bottles order.  Nothing has came to my address,  Asked local postal service and nothing delivered or signed for from either party. 
The is unethical business practices on there part and should be more then happy to make any and all parties happy.  This all started over $4.99 which was cancel by no accepting the first order.

Ms. [redacted], placed her order on 6/6/14. This is when she paid the initial $4.95 and this began his 14 day trial period to sample from her initial 30 day supply. Ms. [redacted], contacted our company via email on 6/16/14 with a request for cancellation. She was given the option of returning the remainder of the product back for a full cancellation or keeping it for the 50% discounted rate of $43.82 and cancelling everything further. She responded back to that email on 6/16/14 stating "Just bill me the 40 something dollars after trail ends and cancel my subscription what a scam". She was advised via email on 6/17/14 that a one time charge will be processed on 6/21/14. Also informing Ms. [redacted] that she will receive an email confirmation regarding the cancellation of your account from future billings and shipments of the product.
 
On 6/18/14, our company received an email from BillGuard Resolve with the customer's request to cancel. We responded via email asking if she wish to continue with the one time charge of $43.82. She responded back stating she will send it back.
On 6/19/14, our company advised her on how to return back the product. She responded stating she had to pay for the return shipping and handling. We responded to her informing her of the shipping refund terms. However, we made an exception and refunded Ms. [redacted]'s account in the amount of $4.95 for shipping and handling as we value customer satisfaction. Although, Ms. [redacted] ordered our product on a 14 day trial basis, we allowed her to keep the 30 day supply product as a courtesy from our company.

The consumer placed
the order on 05/31/14. This is when they paid the initial $1.99 for shipping
and handling and started the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day
supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a
returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was
automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 06/22/14. The second bottle was
automatically shipped and billed out to the consumer 30 days later on 07/25/14.
 The consumer finally contacted our company on 08/05/14 with a request for
cancellation. The account was cancelled as instructed and they were sent a confirmation
email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the
customer service agent refunded a charge of $47.23 on that same day for the
return of the second bottle. The customer accepted this refund and ended the call
amicably. As we are invested in full customer service, and based off of this
complaint, we have issued the remaining charge of $47.33 for the original
30-day supply from 06/22/14. This refund will take three to seven business days
to credit back.

Review: I ordered a trial of this company's product on 6/8/14. It was shipped to me and upon using it, I became ill. I stopped using the product. I was unaware that per the Terms&Conditions that have now been sent to me that the company would charge me $87.63 for their product every 30 days, and ship their product to me every 30 days. I received 2 charges of $87.63 on my card. While it was my fault for not understanding extremely unclear terms&conditions that I was not aware of at the time, I accept the single charge of $87.63 for the 'trial' and first bottle of their product. I however dispute the charge for the 2nd bottle the company sent to me. I have not opened the 2nd bottle, nor have I even opened the bubble envelope it's in. I have reached out to the company, and the first rather rude customer service rep offered me a 25% refund and repeatedly told me to be quiet so she could talk to me, as she talked over me and would not listen to my complaint. I reached a supervisor and he offered me a 50% refund of the 2nd $87.63 charge and no more, despite the supervisor stating they stand by their product 100%. The Supervisor I spoke to told me to contact the corporate offices at [email protected] which was the same email I contacted then initially disputing the charges. The supervisor assured me that was the accurate method to reach out to corporate and attn: [redacted] on the email, and assured me only [redacted] would read my email. Upon cancelling future orders on 7/29. I received an email stating that my order #7047770 Ordered on 7/23/2014 at 04:32am was cancelled, which is the exact charge I am disputing. If the order is cancelled, why is a refund not issued? Review: When I ordered the product on the telephone I was assured that upon ordering this product I would only be responsible for the $1.99 cost of the trial bottle to cover the shipping and handling and there would be no enrollment required and no cancellation required. I received the trial bottle and the product made me violently ill with vomiting issues and I discontinued using it. I received two unauthorized charges on my credit card for $47.99 on 6/28 and 7/28 for this product and received a package from the company on 8/4. I immediately called the company upon notification of the charges and was told that because I did not call within 14 days of receiving the "free" trial that I was signing up for their product (no paperwork that came with the trial at all). Then they claimed to have sent me an email but refused to produce proof. After having a heated conversation with the customer service representative on the telephone on 8/5 at approximately 12:45 pm EST they reluctantly agreed to refund one of the charges (although they first only offered me a small discount off the bottle I did receive) and I am to send the bottle back. I automatically checked "agree to terms and condition." A few days later I found a charge of $87.63 against my credit account. I did not receive the product til September 16th. I thought the actual trial was me trying the product for 14 days. When I contacted them on October 1st, first thing in the morning, they said they would cancel any further shipments but would not refund the $87.76 they charged my account because it was past the trial date and that the trial of 14 days started on the day I ordered their product. I told them that its hard to tell if their product will work in that short of time. They told me I should have called for an extension. .I feel at this point they should honor the "Satisfaction Guarantee"they advertise.
