This complaint stems from an incident that is nearly a year old. December of 2013 1Mirage Limousines provided a holiday light tour for this client. The next day/ the woman/ who booked the service1  did begin to call and email to complain about a 45 minute drive out to their holiday light...

tour. She did not complain to the driver. She did not say anything negative during the holiday light tour. It wasn1t until the next day/ apparently/ that the woman/ who booked the service/ began to email and call to complain. The claim sounded ridiculous at the time. The client lives within the city limits and there are fabulous displays in their neighborhood. Why would we take them 45 minutes away?However/ even though we disputed the claim we went ahead and offered her a gift certificate for a free holiday light tour/ to placate the situation. Our agreement was always with the female who booked the tour. She expressed her disappointment. She provided her mailing address for the gift certificate. If the gift certificate  had not arrived we would have heard about it last year. So the situation passed. And now/ a year later/ a male/ presumably the husband/ reaches out to Mirage Limousines. The family wants to book their free holiday light tour limo ride but they lost their gift certificate. We asked to speak to the female who booked the tour. Our dealings were always with her. She never contacted us.Then the negative reviews started. This couple has now posted bad reviews about Mirage Limousines on several sites across the Internet. On Google+ this person wrote (talking about the Mirage Limousines' rep she spoke to): "He then lied and said he mailed it [the gift certificate] on the 15th of Dec- we didn't even take our ride until the17th."[redacted]) However,in this Revdex.com complaint this same woman notes that their purchase date was: December 14, 2013.In all these bad reviews they mention an email from Mirage Limousines that says that a phone call from this couple would be sufficient to book their free ride. This was never the case. If this former client has proof,let them provide it. No where have they even attempted to share with the public a bit of this fictitious email thread.This couple recently tried to get the bank to reverse these year old charges. The bank has rejected this couple's claim.This whole thing is ridiculous. It is extortion. This couple thinks if they can flood the market with negative reviews we will give them a free limo ride. We won't. It might be easier to just give them a free ride this year, rather than absorb this abuse. But we stand on principle. Gift certificates are like money. We don't normally give them out. We made an agreement last year to honor the gift certificate and we will. We aren't giving this family another one.

This company is the worst. Kevin lied to us and then cheated us out of money. We hired them for a wedding. We were told the cost was $198 plus the wedding package. When we got the charge on our credit card it was much higher then quoted. When we ask for a receipt of charges we were ignored. Do not hire this company.

While renting a party bus from this business I called and spoke with the manager. When trying to book a party bus for 7 hours I was given a quote of 1134 which included 7 hours and a 20% tip. I declined to book the bus because it was over our budget. The manager at his time asked how much our budget was which was a 1000. He then stated we could meet in the middle and make it 1050. I gave him my information and email for the information. I called two days later to confirm because I had not received anything in writing. He again confirmed 7 hours 1050. The day of the event the contract that was given to me was not what we agreed upon he had decreased the hours to 6 which I told the drivers this was not correct. Not only did he not honor but was charged 175 more dollars higher than the original quote and they demanded this money from me to return to our destination. After doing research I found on several review sites the exact story by other victims (examples [redacted])

This service hands down is the best I have ever used. I used Mirage Limousines on 11/24/2014 to shuttle my guest from the [redacted] to [redacted]. I was very impressed with [redacted] who I believe is the owner. The process was very smooth and so simple. I booked the the shuttle bus for about 4 hours, 545pm to 945pm. I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with other companies similar to this one. I was already looking for this to be a below average service honestly. To my surprise the driver was actually early and came looking for me to complete a little bit of paper before my guest got on the shuttle bus. he was very well dressed, honestly that was refreshing to see and to top it his demeanor was very professional . He was very well spoken and very funny. Most importantly he was really courteous and patient. He stayed in contact with me the entire time like I told him to, so that we could keep the shuttle pick ups and drop offs right on schedule. For anyone who has never used this service I strongly recommend it and if I could rate this any higher it would be 10 stars.
Mirage Limousines is truly a diamond that I found in the rough.

This company is the worst. We hired them for a sweet 16 birthday party bus and 2 adults were on board, we drove for about 30 minutes, stopped to let us (adults) off and within 1 minute [redacted], the drive (and owner or whatever he chooses to be) calls and says he found alcohol, end of trip, no refund, and was going to let 30 kids off at the end of the block. I told him there was no alcohol, I checked everyone and did not believe him, I told him not to drop kids off at corner, they are minors and I wanted to see alcohol. He finally agreed to bring bus back to origination point, as I pulled in after the bus, he was hurriedly pushing kids out, they were upset, he accused a girl of drinking and she asked that he call the police, she would take a breathalyzer test,since she is a non drinker. I asked to see the alcohol and he responded, "No I need it for evidence, I told him to wait, I would call police and instead he closed the door in my face and took off.
When I finally got him on the phone all he said was, Did you sign the contract, Did you sign the contract? They have done this before, read reviews online, they are dishonest and scammers, at one time I checked reviews and there were pages of deleted reviews by Mirage indicating they did not fit into review guidelines. I am guessing they were negative. Do not hire this company.

I booked a 45 man party bus for a business event that I had on Oct 29th . I not only booked this bus 3 months in advance, but I also called to check in and update directions etc. My whole business venture here was planned around the expensive tour bus. The day of the event was awful. We waited 45 minutes for the bus to arrive, I tried calling the driver several times with no answer. I then called Kevin at the office and he stated the bus was broken and that they would comp us a new shuttle . However 20 minutes later me and my guests were still waiting outside with food,drinks, and people melting. After the 2 hours the Mirage limo offered for them to call another company and me just pay their fee too. WOW. What a joke. Needless to say . Mirage Limo never fixed this and we did even get to get on a bus. It ruined my whole event and I spent 2K on it. They made me look unprofessional and stupid. I will never do business with those people or company again. Raul the driver could have at least answered the phone instead of leaving 40 people standing around outside not know what is going on, 1K later and no BUS , GRRRR

These guys were awesome! I booked them for my birthday party and they went out of their way to make sure I had a memorable night. The following year I rented a party bus for my graduation and I received the same stellar service. I'll definitely use them again! :)

I took my family out for a night on the town, we used Mirage Limo's and the service was amazing. The driver was on time, well mannered, explained all of the Do and Don't's of riding in the Limo. I scheduled the trip with the owner named [redacted], a very straight forward guy that knows and understands the Limo business. A very knowledgable business man.
I would recommend Mirage Limo's any day over the other guys. The service alone is well worth the trip. Thanks again Mirage Limo's and we'll be seeing you soon for another limo experience...

I've attended a 40th birthday celebration over the weekend. The group and I used Mirage Limo as a service for their unique party bus. The company is highly professional and amazing! Our experience was incredibly fulfilling with excitement and their service through out the night was exquisite!! The driver, the security guards and the bar assistance were very professional, well dressed, very nice, helpful, respectful and their patience with our intoxicated group was highly impressive. The owner who is well-qualified, [redacted] is very understanding when it comes to a celebration. I highly recommend Mirage Limo for any celebrations or service in any professional conferences. They are good at what they do?! Thank you Mirage Limo!!

We used Mirage Limo Bus for our bridal party. What a wonderful experience it was! My husband and I also joined the limo bus after we took our pictures. Our driver was absolutely amazing! He was so polite. It had been raining a little that day and he covered each bridesmaid and myself with an umbrella and was an absolute gentleman! Not to mention, the limo bus was gorgeous, spacious, and very clean! 5 stars!!!!! Thank you Mirage Limo Bus!

Reply to canned answer and insinuating that I support underage drinking, Not at all. The students were not drinking, they were accused of such with no evidence, it was a set up. I asked for police to be called right then and there and your drivers took off. Filing a police report? anyone can file one, doesn't mean guilty. Your employees have ripping off people down to a science, but we will see you in court soon.

Renting from Mirage Limousine was a very pleasant experience. The owner helped me, and was such a pleasure to deal with. Even though I was out of their service area he made my sons prom a memorable experience. From the pickup to the delivery I was assured he would be home safe. I will definitely be using them again.

I used Mirage Limousine for the second time for the Garth Brooks concert, this time we rented a Cadillac XTS limo. The limo showed up on time and super clean, and the driver looked professional in his suit. There was 10 of us that got picked up at the talking stick resort, we stopped in Old Town Scottsdale for dinner then to the concert. The driver explained to us the drop-off and pickup situation downtown and made it simple by waiting at the same place he dropped us off, we ended up going 2 hours over and were charged accordingly, I collected extra cash from all my friends and gave the driver a much deserved and generous extra tip. Thanks again Mirage, we will be in touch real soon.

My business takes me to the Phoenix area at least several times each year and has done so for 8 years running. I regularly entertain clients while in Phoenix and the groups can vary in size from 2 to 25. During my first visit, I was introduced to Mirage Limousine and have used them on nearly every visit ever since.

Here's why...

On my first visit I was tasked with arranging an outing for about 10 members of our client's organization. I had exactly zero experience with putting together an entertaining event and was worrying about the logistical complication of picking up 4 groups of people from different offices at different times.

A colleague recommended I talk to [redacted] at Mirage Limo to arrange the transportation. I called [redacted] and laid out my challenge. Not only did [redacted] come up with the perfect vehicle solution, he basically designed the entire outing himself and somehow arranged to get us all into a sold-out event. The whole outing unfolded without a hitch from start to finish and I looked like a hero.

I've never experience customer care like this. Needless to say, Mirage Limo earned my business that day and I've been using them ever since. The level of service [redacted] and his drivers has provided over the years has never wavered.

In fact, I just finished another client outing using Mirage limo and I'm only sorry it's taken me so long to put in the good word.

I've rented a limo from Mirage several times over the past 7 years and I am impressed EVERY time! The drivers always show up at least 10 min early so the contract and payment stuff doesn't eat into my rental time. Love that the ice bins are full and they even include bottled water at no extra charge.

While the guy on the phone can be a bit direct when you speak to him, he always gives me the best price and the coolest vehicles! Highly recommend checking out the new stretch Cadillac with the extra back door -- very cool!

This is the only limo company in phoenix I trust. Just stop looking and call them!
