I was so excited finding out about this companyTheir jewelry, especially the statement necklaces are so beautiful! After purchasing one of the necklace I was informed that it will take awhile until i'll get it because it's hand madeIt was worth the wait! The piece is breathtaking! It become my absolute favoriteEveryone who sees the necklace finds it beautiful and wants to know about the websiteI will be ordering more jewelry from this company in the future

It took me forever to chose a necklace from Mirina Collections because they're all so pretty! I eventually chose to buy the Give Me Empire Choker, and I've worn it basically every day since I got itWould definitely recommend!

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Mirina Collections regarding complaint ID [redacted] I did check my bank statements and about a week after my complaint was filed (I just noticed it now) there was a credit for the amount of my purchase from Mirina Collections That said I never received any response emails or contact that I would be receiving a refund which is why I only saw that it was in my account after you contacted me regarding the complaintTechnically speaking the complaint is respolved, but handled extremely poorly with zero communication from the companyI feel very strongly that I would not have gotten any resolution had I not contacted the Revdex.com so for that I am appreciativeSincerely, [redacted]

I have ordered from Mirina multiple times and know their shipments usually take a whileMy last order said it would ship in two different shipmentsI received the first package but never the secondI reached out over times to inquire about my order, and explained I would be moving so I was very concerned about my package not arriving on timeNo one ever returned my emails/questionsI want my package or my money back, but it seems like they are ignoring me and just keeping my moneySo frustrated

Unfortunately the statements that the customer is stating is assumptions and not factsMirina Collections shipped the necklace that the customer purchased and it was received, however, it was damagedMirina Collections offered to take full responsible and send a complimentary necklace of the customers choice following our policiesThe customer agreed to the Mirina terms and conditions at checkout which include if you use a coupon code there is no refunds as well as if your item is damaged we will send a complimentary piece to the customer in exchange for the damaged itemIf the terms were not ok for the customer then she would need to make her purchase elsewhere as we must follow the terms that Mirina Collections and the customer agrees tooIf she would like to make her purchase from websites such as Amazon then we can not guarantee how or where the necklace is created, as our designs are created here in New York CityTherefore, if price is a factor for the customer then our terms and conditions may not work for her as we do not claim to be the least expensive in anyway - but simply a made to order experience in New York CityThe photos of the exact design are found on the websiteThe photo in the necklace is the actual necklace but as shown it is wore as which was noted when the customer checked outShe would need to purchase of the same necklace to get the full look as shown and described We are more than happy to follow our policies and send a new piece as stated for absolutely no charge to the customer for the damages that occurred during the mailing process - which also reflect our policies

[redacted] not only purchased 1 item from our website, but 3 items. If she believed her items were not satisfactory then I believe she would not have continued to purchase from [redacted] . Our policies are clearly laid out on our website for... our customers which include how our designs are created. We have an entire tab regarding how our designs are created as well as an entire tab regarding our store policies which our customers agree to when purchasing from Mirina Collections. (Policies: [redacted] ) [redacted] not only received more than $100 off of her order but she also received several of our collection boxes which were all sent to her with confirmation tracking. She is also found online on her website and [redacted] wearing our designs and adding her Mirina Collections designs to her "favorites of the month". Once [redacted] realized she could receive an audience by using deformation against our company she decided to start posting defamatory statements regarding our statement which were found to be not true and the result was receiving a notice from a New York City lawyer. If she did not delete the defamatory and untrue statements she would be in contempt of court as her statements were found to be not true regarding our company or her experience as we have filed all the positive reviews she has done on her Mirina Collections. This is simply a case of someone using our audience to grow their personal brand which does not override the court of law. Her assumptions of how our designs are created are not facts and are considered defamatory and untruthful in the state of New York - of which our legal team has notified [redacted] of this. [redacted] will be taken to court and pay for all damages if she continues to posts defamatory statements about our company, including this notice that she filed with the BBB. We will add this to our legal file to use against her untrue statements. We have also received many comments from our customers where [redacted] has reached out to them spreading untrue statements which were also filed. We will not allow our customers, employees or brand to be used for the growth of ones blog and creating a "story" to get there. If she believes her claims are correct, then we would hope she is ready to provide proof of these claims and not assumptions as that is exactly what all of this is. Again, we have complete proof of where and how all of our designs are created so we hope she is ready to show the same. I have attached all of Mirina Collections Policies of which [redacted] agreed to upon her first order. Mirina Collections launched a new website using a secure merchant in JanuaryWe would need the customers mailing address to send the refund check as we are not able to credit her credit card as we do not take personal credit card information via email or phoneIf she would like to provide her shipping details we will gladly send a check to her for her refundWe are happy to hear she received her design none the less

I'be just received my famous Vivian necklace from Mirina Collections and it's absolutely perfect! It arrived in great condition and it was just as beautiful as in the picture! I can't wait to start styling it with outfits!
