Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:When I purchased the vehicle this ridiculous charge should have been made known They led me to believe that the warranty would actually cover things that go wrong in the vehiclenot charge me just to look at it That is insaneThis issue would probably take a competent mechanic minutes to diagnose and a charge of for a vehicle that I bought from them with all warranties is not fair or good customer service Regards, [redacted]

In reference to complaint # [redacted] ....the vehicle was towed into Tallahassee DCJR and was repaired with a new alternator that was provided by the customerThe dealership had vehicle towed and performed the repair free of charge to the customerthe customer has since driven his vehicle from the dealership and is satisfied.We appreciate the opportunity to remedy the situation.Sincerely, [redacted] ***President

*** *** bad service and bad management at Tallahassee dodge I have no reason to drop the under plate shield off my truck

First, I would like to apologize fro Mr***'s inconvenience and I have spoken to the manager involved and would like to share his responseThis is from my Express Lube Manager, *** ***
",sans-serif>This customer called in on 09/22/stating that while he was
driving he started to hear a loud noiseHe stated that his skid plate was
dragging down the roadUpon his arrival he showed me steel skid
plateIt was folded in and severely bent as if it hit something very hardMr
*** story changed while talking about itHe retracted his original statement
and said it wasn’t scrapping and that a bystander waved him down and said
it appeared to be hanging downThat statement retracted after I asked him to
show me the severe scrape marks that should have been present if the plate was
scrappingThere were no scrape marks presentI asked him to show me how the
skid plate was before he removedHe couldn’t tell me how many screws were
holding it up just that he hit it with a hammer to remove itI showed him that
it’s a steel skid plate and with me putting all my force into it that I
couldn’t humanly bend the plate the way it was folded inI told him that even
if there was one screw holding it up that its steel and
wont drag against the ground because its not a floppy plastic plateI told him
that when it left here it was up all the way and he agreed that “yes when he
left here it was up and not hanging down”I advised him that something caused
the plate to come down and be bent up the way it was
So to sum it upWhen he left here he admitted that the plate was up and not
hanging after the oil changeThen he said it was dragging down the roadThen
I asked him to prove that, but he couldn’t because there were no scrape marks then
his story changedThe steel skid plate that he has had
severe folding damage that takes a lot of force to create as if he hit
something hard. At this time we will not be able to offer any further solutions to this matterIf you need anything else please do not hesitate to contact me*** ***President

We traded our customer out oF the vehicle on 8/23/She is satisfied

mistakes. I looked up our records and believe the car is registered to [redacted] it's a 2014 Jeep Patriot with serial # [redacted], I hope this is the correct information. While I do believe we made a mistake on the availability of the parts I don't believe we maliciously tried to inconvenience or deceive our customer. I think requesting Tires and and money and free oil changes is outrageous. I would suggest that there are numerous other dealerships that may be closer to you that may want to frequent.
