I am rejecting this response because:When I purchased the vehicle this ridiculous charge should have been made known. They led me to believe that the warranty would actually cover things that go wrong in the vehicle. not charge me 130 just to look at it. That is insane. This issue would probably take a competent mechanic 5 minutes to diagnose and a charge of 130 for a vehicle that I bought from them with all warranties is not fair or good customer service.

The above complaint has been resolved per a conversation between [redacted] and Mr. [redacted]. We gave Mr. [redacted] a check for $500 and closed the case. He accepted the check as a resolution.Thank you[redacted]

In reference to complaint # [redacted]....the vehicle was towed into Tallahassee DCJR and was repaired with a new alternator that was provided by the customer. The dealership had vehicle towed and performed the repair free of charge to the customer. the customer has since driven his vehicle from the...
