I ordered a prom dress from this company on On I received an email from them saying that they could not provide the dress that I ordered but wanted to keep me as a customer so were offering me a store credit and expedited shipping on another dress I told them I wanted a refund instead of a store credit because I had found the dress somewhere else so to cancel the order and refund me my money Since that time I have called them, emailed them and online chatted with them to find out when I would receive the refund They keep saying that my refund is being processed but can give no date on when I will receive it Most companies offer refunds in to days It has now been months and still no refund When I called to speak to a manager the person on the phone could not connect me, did not know that full name of the manager (only that her first name was Kimberly) and that they did not have the ability to process my refund I have since researched this company

I ordered two dresses from missesdressy.com on for an event dated Their website has a function that allows customers to input the date by which they require the dress; knowing the dress was coming from the states to the UK where I am based, I put in as the date it should arrive in Bristol, UKThey required some verification of my credit card information etc to which I complied immediately but they took days to get the order shipped out, much after the event has already taken place even though on their website they said they would cancel orders if they weren't able to ship it out to arrive on timeKnowing the order would not arrive on time for sure (they sent me an email saying the dress would arrive in their warehouse in the US on the [redacted] of March so it would have been virtually impossible for the dress to have arrived on time) they did not discuss the order with me and proceeded to ship it out hoping I wouldn't be bothered to pursue the issue
