Tahoma;">I am truly sorry that this occurred, especially on your move-in day. I want to express, as I have before, that I was present in the office when [redacted] (your move-in associate) explained to you that you cannot park in "leasing office parking" during your move. He said you would be okay with your flashers on in the red zone, as long as someone was present with the car. You have asked for a refund and an apology. I cannot offer you a refund of the towing fine but I can offer my apology. I am truly sorry you felt my management of your complaint to be hostile. I work endlessly to maintain the highest level of customer service at this property. My intent in all situations of problem solving is to be realistic and firm and to protect the best interest of both the resident-body and the operation of the property I manage.

My husband has lived here for 2 years. I recently moved in due to getting out of the army I was was stationed in Texas while my husband was stationed in California we have been living abart for two years because of the military.I was very excited to move in with him but that was very short lived due to this apartment office staff and regional manager. They're have horrible customer service when I moved in I came with three dogs knowing that was not allowed and that we would only be here for 2 months because my husband got orders to Washington went down to the front office and explained our situation to the apartment manager and he seemed understanding so we paid the pet deposit and left now they are retracting everything they said and want us to get rid of a pet and pay an additional charge. So with that I called the regional manager I explained my situation. Then she said she couldn't help us we had to pay or be evicted. She also proceeded to lie to my face and tell me the office staff said they didn't know we had 3 dogs so as the conversation went on she retracted that statement and recalled an email she received stating exactly how many pets I told them we had when I first went down to the office from the office Manger. I would not recommend thesee apartmentso to my worst enemy. This whole establishment is run by liars and they are just out to get money and not for the wellbeing of the tenants I've also had many other problems with this apartment but this has been the worst

hope that moving forward you will have a better experience. The trash valet service pickup is Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. If you should have a question regarding this issue please contact me at your earliest convenience. The gate is on a timer and closes at 3:00pm everyday. Someone recently ran into the gate causing the hinges to crack. We will be replacing these on 7/1/17 and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm unsure in regards to your personal belongings situation. If you could elaborate and contact me at your earliest opportunity so we may discuss. I take complaints very seriously and hope that we can come to a resolution.

This customer was parked in a parking stall which is reserved and rented by another resident. The other resident called the towing company to have the vehicle removed. This customer's car was not registered in the required registration system and not identified by a required parking sticker, therefore the vehicle was towed (as would any other unregistered violator within our property, as stated on posted signs, placards and resident lease agreements). We have photographic evidence that the vehicle in question was indeed parked in the reserved parking stall from which it was towed. In addition, we have a voice recording of the other resident who called to have the vehicle towed from that space. Furthermore, the vehicle is required to be registered, which would have provided our towing authority the ability to identify and contact the owner of the vehicle. This complaint is not warranted, since the customer has signed his agreement to the terms of residing in the community: terms which are common and agreeable by all 335 other households. He failed to comply with the terms of the agreement which resulted in the agreed upon action of resolution, which in this case was to tow the vehicle. We do not operate in a manner which victimizes our customers for profit. On the contrary, we are incredibly transparent and up-front about policies, procedures, expectations and consequences. I very concerned with the way management, the parking patrol agents and the towing company are victimizing me and other residents for profit and monetary gain. I have been intimidated before by the missions at sunbow before however It stops right now. I just paid $332 for towing fees my car towed at 830pm and got it out at 10pm. the driver of the towing company [redacted] told me management had spotted no parking tag on my vehicle, that was false since the leasing office closed at 7pm, then they said I was parked in someone else's space that was false too. these people are victimizing me and my family for profit.
I want my towing fees and an apology from management and corporate.
